Fabulous breakfast, great staff and good location.
Pros:

Staff of the hotel are very friendly, helpful, and generally cheerful people with makes the stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast is fabulous and few items are served hot and are customised based on your needs. Hotel also served evening snacks which has few deserts but a good selection to have after a long hike day.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, our room also had a jacuzzi and balcony overlooking the street and the mountain.

Swimming pool, sauna and cold plunge are best options for relaxation after long hikes.

Cons:

They could provide a kettle in the room.

L'esperienza presso l'Hotel Maciaconi è stata profondamente deludente ed il costo del soggiorno non rispecchia minimamente la qualità dei servizi offerti, tantomeno lo standard di un hotel a 4 stelle. La gestione dell'ospite è stata a dir poco inadeguata. La struttura ha omesso di comunicare un'informazione fondamentale per la viabilità locale: la chiusura totale del Passo Sella dalle 9:00 alle 16:00 per una gara ciclistica. A causa di questa grave negligenza sono rimasta bloccata per ore. La cosa più grave, tuttavia, è stata la reazione della reception che non si è nemmeno scusata.Costi extra scandalosi: Chiesti ben 140€ per sole due ore di late checkout.Tassa cani ingiustificata: Pagati 40€ al giorno per il cane con zero servizi offerti (né cuccia, né snack).Una vera vergogna. Personale non all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Sconsigliatissimo.

Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hätte ich bei einem 4 Sterne Boutique Hotel dieses Niveaus und Preises erwartet. Keine Trinkgläser im Zimmer. Abend Essen im Hotel eher teuer und kleine Portionen, aber top Qualität.

Loved this hotel, the pool, sauna, plunge pool as well as the happy hour with snacks. Great location and near lots of restaurants.

Cons:

There is no AC in the room, so we had the window open all night which is quite loud as the property is on a main road.

Parking is a bit tricky, but the staff are helpful. Parking is outside the property and you leave keys with reception so they can move cars if needed when other guests leave. There is also an overflow covered parking.
