Convenient location, but below expectations
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, with a 7-Eleven right next door. Public transportation, as well as attractions and shops, are easily accessible within a 10–15 minute walk.

The room was well equipped with good lighting. I also appreciated the coin laundry facilities, as well as the iron and ironing board in the room. A nice touch was the welcome snack, including a bottle of water and sweet potato chips.

Cons:

The staff mostly did not appear to be of Japanese origin, seeming instead to be from South Asia, and they appeared untrained, uninviting, and unmotivated. Communication in English was quite limited, and they were not very helpful with local recommendations. The typical small Japanese-sized room felt worn, with visible stains on the carpet, chair, and ironing board. Hygiene was a serious concern, as housekeeping placed clean towels and bedding directly on the hallway floor, and I unfortunately experienced issues with bed bugs during my stay. Additionally, it felt highly unreasonable that the window could not be opened for fresh air unless paying an extra fee for insurance. Lastly, the central location made it very noisy at night due to the lively nightlife outside, and frequent fire department sirens repeatedly woke me up from my sleep.

Pros:

部屋は広く設備もある程度整っていた。
Wi-Fiや充電設備があればもっと良かった。

Cons:

床のカーペットに所々シミがあり、気になった。チェックイン前の荷物預けいれが、有料のコインロッカーしかないことや、朝食が後から付けることが出来ないので、サービスがあまり良くないと思った。

Pros:

予約当日ある程度観光してからの遅がけチェックイン、寝るだけをメインにトータルとしてよさそうだったので予約しました。何件も探しましたがもう少しお値段出せばリゾート系も味わえる所もありました。でも今回ホテル滞在が少ないのでそれを考えた上での立地、値段、平米数、ベッドのサイズ、トータルしてすごくコスパよかったです！なにより朝食がよかったです！お隣のホテルでのビュッフェでしたが素敵な空間でした( *´꒳`* )時間もだいたいのホテルは8～9時までに。など早いホテルが多い中ここはラストオーダー10時半なのでゆっくり寝れたりして本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

Conveniently located, huge room space, beautiful interiors, facilities are very encompassing and sufficient. great staff services. Rooms are quiet, bed is clean and firm. Toilet space is huge!

Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Compared to OneFive Villa, I would prefer OneFive Terrace for its overall experience and comfort.

Cons:

It would be better if the room cleaning service were more comprehensive, such as including bed tidying as part of the housekeeping service.
