Wonderful location and great place to stay
Pros:

pool - please SHUT THE SLIDING DOOR so that the butterflies won't fly inside and get caught. They fly inside because on either sides of the door is lavender which they frequent. When they happen to fly inside they cannot get out even when the pool roof is open - they cannot see this and they die trying to get out through the glass walls !!

Cons:

Everything was really fine and quiet and the young lady at the reception waited for me until I arrived despite the favct that the reception closed at 8.30 pm. Thank you for your hospitality !

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel in mitten herrlicher Natur.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, das Essen überaus lecker.
Das Frühstücksbuffet extrem vielfältig und wunderschön auf der Terrasse oder im Innenbereich zu genießen.

Pour une étape ou un séjour, une maison familiale où il fait bon vivre

Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel dans un cadre idyllique, à la porte de la route des crêtes.
Au top du top, le service tout juste parfait. La délicieuse patronne est très attentive et conciliante tout comme l'ensemble de son équipe (arrivés à près de 23h, alors que les dernières tables partaient, la serveuse nous a servis desserts, planche de fromages et vins avec un grand sourire).
Et c'est très bon (gourmande joues de boeuf mitonnées et délicat risotto d'épeautre au gambas).
Nous avions une des chambres les plus simple, pas immense, mais bien équipé avec un lit très confortable. La douche vitrée dans la chambre peut dérouter et quelques très légères retouches de finition pourraient être faite. Propreté parfaite.
La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner est merveilleuse.
En prime, beaucoup d'activités possibles pour les grands et les petits.
Nous reviendrons !

Very disappointing

Did Not enjoy our stay

Cons:

The Air conditioning, remote did not work. I sent a message at about midnight since we didn’t get in till 1030pm and I kept waiting for it to cool off in the morning atfront desk accuse me of not knowing how to use the remote for the AC . insisted I had opened it, which I did not. Should’ve been given a credit for the first night- since it was horribly hot and very unpleasant didn’t sleep .
Doesn’t seem to be any staff at the property overnight. Stayed in five other places during our trip and I-didn’t seem to have any problem in any other place that we use the same type of remote. For a/c. Overpriced for what it offers.
I had book two nights - we decided to leave, and they graciously reimburse us for the second night that was already prepaid. I think though we should’ve been discounted for the first night that was not at all pleasant for 250 euros.- you expect to have a pleasant night sleep, and at least have staff that’s available to handle a situation that arises in the middle of the night.
It appears they received my message, no one responded at midnight to rectify the air-conditioning issue. I understand things like this happen, but I think the right thing to do would’ve been to substantially discount that first night since it was unbearable to sleep leaving the glass door open for the night was not an option because they were a lot of insects flying around .
