What a beautiful hotel!!!
Pros:

The pictures don’t show how actually beautiful this place is. This hotel (and Nafplio) has been the highlight of my trip in Greece. Beautiful, impeccable, and well-located hotel. I slept like a baby in that comfy bed. The front desk and cleaning staff were super attentive and helpful, with great recommendations. Couldn’t be happier with my stay!

A classic hotel at the heart of the old city of Nafplio
Pros:

It is a traditional, classy hotel at the heart of the old city of Nafplio, it was very easy to book and check in and staff at reception were very friendly. The building is typical of the architecture of the city, with a very classic look. The room was fairly well-furnished. The hotel is also next to a very historical spot, where the first head of state of Greece Kapodistrias was assassinated. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay there

Cons:

I thought I had booked a room with a balcony but that was not the case (my bad) and when I asked if any such room is available, it wasn't. I was hoping the room would be brighter, with larger windows for proper views of the city but that was not the case (not the fault of the hosts). As it is, some people may find the room a bit dark or claustrophobic. The shower overflowed easily and made the floor wet. Also, somewhere to hang clothes and towels to dry (e.g. after coming back from the beach) would have been helpful.

very pleasant stay but tiring because of the many steps
Pros:

location was very good although difficult to climb all these stairs to reach the hotel. The room was well proportioned and clean,with a little balcony with amazing view, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

the room was in the 3rd floor and there was no lift-surely not suitable for elder people or people with walking/climbing the stairs problem. There was not any mention of it in booking.
There was no choice in breakfast (it was a preset tray with breakfast)and when we asked instead of the hard boiled egg in the tray to have a fried egg it was not possible.
In the TV there were just greek channels, no international channels or any platform(!!)

Pros:

Such a beautiful old fashioned hotel! We stayed in the upper floor in a room with its own balcony and it was probably the most beautiful stay we've ever had. We slept with the balcony doors opened and fresh sea breeze was flowing in, even in August we didn't have to use AC! Then we were waking up with the view of beautiful Nafplio center and the ocean under us. Someone mentions here that it could use some renovation but in my opinion the thing that it's not modernized adds to the charm of this hotel and I definitely prefer it this way than some soulless bland modern interior. Still very comfortable and super cozy. We had everything we needed. Staff was nice as well. We're seriously considering coming all the way back to Nafplio just to stay in Byron hotel again.

Confortable, chaleureux et au cœur de la remarquable vieille ville.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait ! Au cœur de la vieille ville et pourtant très calme.
Le personnel est attentif et prévenant.
La chambre est petite mais avec tout le nécessaire. La literie est ferme comme j’aime.
La vue de ma chambre était splendide.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.
L’hôtel est décoré avec goût.

Cons:

Les taches de rouille sur le radiateur de la salle de bain mais il était très propre. Cela reste un détail très mineur.

Magical City Stay
Pros:

Location was fab - what a magnifiscent city - magical actually and the hotel's location was perfect to walk around the city. We found it hard to find by car but eventually parked at harbour and walked to it - once we got our bearings it was all perfect and our host was great - very helpful and kind and always there to help with any questions. Our room was not massive but was perfect for us and the views spectacular with a lovely courtyard to enjoy a drink and watch the cityscapes. There was live music in the square one evening which was fabulous to listen to as was classical and very calming.

Cons:

Everything was great- nothing to complain about
