Need little improvement because i love the view and the location.
Pros:

The location and the view is wonderful.

Cons:

The elevators are not working good, the stuff need to be improved, the food need more intention and to be more variable fpr 4 strats hotel, also the parking loaction and no available one all the time to take and bring the car is something to think about.

be careful, not same as photos - dirty old
Cons:

booking.com was trusted years ago, but now no, they allow fake photos on website, allowing properties to do anything and protect them not us.
room is completely different than photos, room was very dirty old room, with dirty broken furniture, rusted taps,
I booked one night choked with room and couldn't stary few hours, then decided to cancel my other reservation for 3 night but booking.com didn't refund me for the a room that completely not same as photos, this is scam, if room is the same we could follow the terms but the room is not what I paid for, then booking.com need approval of property for refund (who already using fake photos)
No way for communication with booking.con nor complain, just a ready answers every time on the customer service, no channels for complain even I'm (genius 3) business account. I sent photos to booking.com to prove my complain but they just protect the property who use fake photos to scam people.
be careful as booking.com will not save you
