Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Hafen!

Cons:

TAG und NACHT Straßenlärm!!! Doppelbett mit nicht kuschelfreudigem Abstand! Sehr kleines Zimmer und BaZi. Knarrende WC-Türe, große Rutschgefahr in der Dusche, äußerst geringe Abstellfläche. Sehr "bescheidenes" Frühstücksbuffet! Unfreundliches, mürrisches Personal beim Frühstück!!!

Pros:

The room was small but still comfortable, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options.

Cons:

A major downside was the automated air conditioning system. The room temperature was quite low and we felt cold, but unfortunately there was no option to adjust it ourselves.

Our first impression of the staff and service was also rather disappointing, as the attitude was not particularly friendly or welcoming. However, on the second day, different staff members were on duty and the experience was completely different, they were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful.
