Not clean. Bathroom had hair in it and floor wasn’t clean. Sheets in bed were yellow.
Location was perfect for what we needed. And it was in a quiet area. Also, I felt safe going for walks outside.
Great location and very clean
Location
Door frame was bent
Good coffee!
Could not get TV TO WORK. Called the desk and no one answered.
Did tell morning desk person that we could not use the TV
The cook did not show up and therefore about 50 people in our group did not get a breakfast!
No breakfast
The breakfast was NOT hot! Cold coffee. The eges were cold and the bacon paper thin. The hot water was never hot enough to brew hot tea.
Our room was serviced only one day out of our 6 day stay. The pillows had a strange smell.
Jennette is amazing for breakfast! Thank the team!
The rooms were clean and the staff are very accommodating. Miss Jannet makes some killer breakfast! Its been good every day of my stay.
Wish there were extra towels and firmer pillows.
I like the area and the quietness. Also the front desk people were very nice and friendly.
The reason I didn’t like this hotel no body clean the room. I stayed three nights without cleaning I left the room. I told the front desk, but she didn’t give me reasonable answers. Without cleaning the room, the room had bud smells.
The whole experience was excellent,,,all the comforts of home,,,everybody was very friendly and accommodating,,,the room was exceptionally clean and the tv was relatively easy to navigate,,,if we ever need a hotel room in New Albany again the Hampton Inn is where we'll stay,,,
I can't think of any bad things about our stay,,,it was all good,,,
