So far I don’t like the hotel policy about the rooms cleaning.
Pros:

I like the area and the quietness. Also the front desk people were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The reason I didn’t like this hotel no body clean the room. I stayed three nights without cleaning I left the room. I told the front desk, but she didn’t give me reasonable answers. Without cleaning the room, the room had bud smells.

Quality and excellence,,,
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent,,,all the comforts of home,,,everybody was very friendly and accommodating,,,the room was exceptionally clean and the tv was relatively easy to navigate,,,if we ever need a hotel room in New Albany again the Hampton Inn is where we'll stay,,,

I can't think of any bad things about our stay,,,it was all good,,,

Wonderful stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The front Desk clerk Tara was amazing!!! Tara made staying here fantastick. Tara helped leave an excellent impression on Hampton Inn. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The beds were amazingly very comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from. Would have liked seating with tables & chairs to be a little more separate, but it turned out good. Staff was extremely helpful at the front desk and in kitchen. Would stay here again if needed to come to Columbus.

Great food for a great stay
Pros:

Great room, great employees just in general a great experience. Steak egg and cheese burrito was really good and original.
