Great location, easy walk to the city markets, great cafes and restaurants. Easy access to the street car to get uptown

Great hotel with a friendly welcome, but make sure you understand the parking if you're driving.
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff. Very classy and welcoming lobby with an open layout. Comfortable and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised with the room rate.

Cons:

Instructions for parking need to be clear and posted on the lot. Once you figure out you need a special tag, you have to go BACK across the street to install the parking tag inside your car and then back again to the hotel. It's not ideal, especially if you've had a long travel day.

Overall great, could have been a little better.

Overall it was nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Our disappointments were we arrived at breakfast at 8:50 am and they were out of eggs, bacon and different items and when i asked it they would be replenishing bar i was told no. That to us seems unfair since they say breakfast is form 6 to 10. Also when i went to check out i was charged for parking, that should have been disclosed up front. It just seems there is add on after add on.

Cons:

I was charged extra for parking. That was a hidden fee. I asked where to park and I was told it was the hotel parking. I assumed hotel parking was not an extra charge.

Pros:

It was close to Bartle Hall and breakfast was included. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

There was constant traffic that night, which we heard throughout the night. The room next to us also had people coming in and out all night. So, nothing dealing with the hotel but frustrating, nonetheless.
