Kleines Hotel im Gross, einige Schritte von Stränden und Bus und Bahnbanhof entfernt. Kaffe und Tee rund um die Uhr gratis im Hall.

Excellent hotel in great location. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

This Hotel was in a great location. A nice walk into old town, beaches and not far to climb the hill. Our room was great, a big room with a balcony. There was complimentary tea and coffee in reception. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable. There was alot of noise from the builders next door but obviously that is a temporary issue.

We loved our stay. Clean, perfect location and super nice people.
Pros:

Excellent location, great service, very clean and comfortable. The WhatsApp service was great and always responded immediately. Guy at the reception was super nice too.

prima plek voor een paar overnachtingen in Donostia

goede lokatie ten opzichte van stad en strand. In de buurt parkeergarages voor de auto (32 euro per 24-uur), nette badkamer met goede douche, goed bed.

Cons:

Best gehorig. Veel bewegingen van de andere kamers waren hoorbaar. (douchen, toilet doorspoelen). Verder was het er stil. Mijn kamer lag aan de achterzijde van het pand.

la ubicacion si vienes en tren es perfecta, ya que desde la estación estás a 8 minutos andando, esta en el barrio de Gros, que da a la playa de la Zurriola, en 15 minutos estás en la parte vieja.

Welcome to San Sebastián at Welcome Gros. Two great nights at Welcome Gros, enchanting beach city.
Pros:

A GREAT VALUE for the location. The room was a bit small but not uncomfortable. Amaia, front desk staff was very welcoming and was easy yo contact and communicate with via WhatsApp text. She tended to our questions and concerns promptly in a very friendly and professional manner. Her recommendations and instructions were highly helpful.

Cons:

Through no fault of Welcome Gros, there was ongoing construction which made the interior a bit noisy at times, but not always.
