Great location, good hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is really nice- clean and a good location. They also have an espresso/coffee machine in the lobby, available all day. I also like the ease of check in.

Pros:

The location is very good. The room was clean and spacious. Using a code instead of a key to enter is a great idea. Free tea and coffee in the lobby area. I would recommend this hotel.

El aire acondicionado y la tranquilidad de la habitación (daba hacia otro edificio).

Cons:

Quizás levemente alejado del centro, aunque no es para nada problema si te gusta caminar (como es mi caso). Quizás a alguien pueda parecerle raro que no haya personal, pero es sólo durante la tarde/noche. En las mañanas ves bastante actividad, y la persona en la recepción fue muy amable conmigo.

Ottimo hotel appena fuori dal centro ma parliamo di 5/10 minuti a piedi, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e dell'autobus....si fa a piedi anche con valige....meno di 10 minuti. Pieno di servizi attorno..... reception aperta fino alle 14 ma poi entri con codice che ti inviano loro. Caffe e spuntini gratuiti in reception appena entri. Camere moderne e bagno spazioso. Silenzioso e pulitissimo....curato alla perfezione. Ragazzo della reception disponibilissimo e gentile.

Cons:

La camera risulta un po scura in quanto ha finestre che danno all'interno dello stabile ma è un dettaglio minore

Hotel funcional en muy buena zona el barrio de gros, junto al kursaal. Habitación limpia, renovada y sencilla, con zona de café para clientes en la planta baja. Acceso con clave. Para aparcar hay varios parkings a dos minutos como el de plaza Catalunya

Pros:

Hotel is in a great location. Can walk to the old town easily but we prefered the local vibe of Gros, which is calmer and less touristy.
Staff were nice, not that we interacted much. Really appreciated the free coffee machine and complimentary muffins- nice touch

Cons:

Room was a little hot despite the air con.
