What made my experience truly unforgettable was an exceptional lady named Ghaya, who works at the reception.
I was having an incredibly difficult day. I felt frustrated, overwhelmed and had completely lost confidence in myself. I was so stressed that I couldn’t even think straight.
Then Ghaya approached me with a beautiful smile, genuine kindness and outstanding professionalism. She took the time to speak with me, listened patiently, reassured me and helped me through a very difficult moment.
What impressed me most was her genuine compassion and understanding. She didn’t just treat me like another hotel guest. She treated me with dignity, respect and humanity.
Her kindness made me feel comfortable again and helped me regain my confidence.
Ghaya is a true asset to the reception team and an outstanding example of what five-star hospitality should look like.
I sincerely hope the hotel management recognises and rewards her exceptional professionalism. Employees like Ghaya are what make a hotel truly special.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. Despite having a very stressful day, I was fortunate to meet Ghaya at reception, whose kindness, patience and professionalism made an enormous difference to my experience.
Very friendly and useful staff - Fakhri Ben Mahmoud at the reception was very nice and helped me to get a taxi to Lac 2 (didnt have Tunisian sim with me and I don’t speak French and Arabic unfortunately).
Cleaning lady was a pure joy (don’t know her name tho)
Bottle of water in the room wasn’t refreshed
Breakfast choice was quite limited

لقد قضينا إقامة رائعة في فندق لاك ليمان في تونس. كان كل شيء ممتازًا منذ لحظة وصولنا. الفندق مريح ونظيف، والخدمة كانت ممتازة، كما كان جميع أفراد الطاقم ودودين ومرحبين ومتعاونين دائمًا.
نتوجه بشكر خاص إلى فخر الدين وآدم في مكتب الاستقبال. لقد كانا رائعين حقًا، وجعلا إقامتنا أكثر متعة. كانا دائمًا لطيفين ومحترفين ومستعدين لمساعدتنا في كل ما نحتاج إليه. لقد كانت ضيافتهما مميزة جدًا، وجعلتنا نشعر بترحيب كبير.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lac Leman in Tunis. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the service was great, and the entire staff was always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
A very special thank you to Fakhreddine and Adam at the reception. They were absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. They were always kind, professional and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel very welcome.
We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis.
