La ubicacion cercana a restaurantes

Cons:

No respetaron la tarifa que salia en booking, cobraron la comision de booking, no dejaron pagar en dolares y aplicaron su propio cambio de dolar no acorde al mercado. Cobraron extra por el perro de menos de 1.5 kg y no tenian ni un Jardin ni area para la mascota. Estaban arreglando el hotel, habia demasiado polvo y ruido por los trabajos. Tampoco avisaron que estaban construyendo sino me hubiera cambiado de hotel xq buscaba tranquilizer, el ruido medespertaba. Los trabajadores no eran amables ni serviciales. Las instalaciones son viejas la puerta del baño malograda, la Cortina malograda

Después de hacer la reserva el hotel te escribe y te dice que es un error de booking y que no les queda libre la habitación que elegimos y que solo queda una de mayor precio, lo cual es una estafa. No dan jabón. La TV no es smart. Tuve que reclamar porque no tenía terma. Para culminar habitación tenía un pozo de agua al costado por lo cual no podía abrir la mampara porque se escuchaba un ruido muy fuerte por la bomba.

La ubicación era segura

Cons:

- Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias.
- Las escaleras no son seguras, me quedé en el tercer piso y eran irregulares y de una forma muy rara, no parecían hechas por un ingeniero.

Ubicación frente al club y el personal amable

Cons:

1. El hotel no es como se muestra las fotos; es antiguo.
2. La habitación tampoco era como las fotos; descuidado.
3. La presión de agua no era adecuada y no habia agua caliente; luego se arregló. Tampoco dieron shampoo y jabón solo habia un dispensador de jabón liquido; por el precio deberia estar incluido.
4. El desayuno buffet era mejor que sea americano y lo sirvan: el café estaba helado porque estuvo refrigerado, el tamal frío y con agua del descongelamiento, fruta limitada, mejor evitar decir buffet y dar un desayuno americano pero de mejor calidad.
En general si es para dormir y se planea desayunar en otro lado, cumple
