Agradable estancia

El hotel es agradable y muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Tuve un pequeño contratiempo con la reserva vía booking , al parecer la persona a carga no coordinó con el hotel sobre nuestra reserva debido a la temporada alta pero se pusieron en contacto con nosotros brindando una solución .

Hubo una complicación con la reserva, lamentablemente la persona a cargo de booking no coordinó con el equipo debido a que era temporada alta pero el hospedaje nos ayudaron a solucionar el impase

La habitación era pesima, parecía reconstruida con diferentes partes de otras habitaciones el espejo tenía un marco que estaba que se destruía las sábanas de las camas estaban percudidas. Nunca me entregaron la clave del wi-fi

empezamos bien, pero sedalib los mató

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Al llegar la habitacion no estaba lista, a pesar que notificamos con anterioridad la hora de nuestra llegada. La habitacion no tenia Tohallas, tuvimos que solicitarlas adicionalmente. La habitacion que nos dieron no correspondia en absoluto a la propaganda mostrada en Booking.
La puerta de la habitacion tiene una parte de vidrio, la luz de corredor se filtra y es imposible dormir.
