Pésima organización, limpieza y comunicación

Muy mala comunicación y pésimo servicio

La comunicación con el hotel fue pésima. Escribí 5 veces por email y también por WhatsApp para confirmar si podían recogernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto. Expliqué toda la situación con antelación para evitar problemas al llegar, pero, aun así, al llegar al hotel tuve que perder más de una hora en recepción porque no tenían ninguna información y nadie parecía saber nada.

Además, incluso para hacer una cuenta muy sencilla de 1 + 1 tuvimos problemas, lo cual resulta bastante preocupante en un hotel.

La habitación tampoco cumplió con unas condiciones mínimas: el frigorífico estaba muy sucio y daba asco, el baño no tenía ventilación y no había papel higiénico cuando llegamos; tuvimos que pedirlo.

En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante. La falta de organización, comunicación y limpieza deja mucho que desear.

Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Im Kleiderschrank waren lauter Spinnweben, das Zimmer wurde nicht frisch gemacht, es gab wie in der Beschreibung steht (oder wie auf den Bildern erkennbar ist) kein Shampoo oder Duschgel und es gibt nur ein großes Handtuch, also nichts konkretes fürs Händeabtrocknen. Es gibt auch keinen Wasserkocher und keine Tassen/Becher im Zimmer.

入住体验整体不错。尽管我们下飞机很晚才到，但房东依然热情等候，服务态度很好。房间干净整洁，员工主动帮忙提行李上楼，很暖心。

Cons:

Siisti hotelli ja erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Yövyimme muutaman yön heti pitkän matkustuksen jälkeen, mihin hotelli oli täydellinen. Omistaja järjesti meille myös taksin päiväksi, mikä toimi loistavasti.

Cons:

Pienet yksityiskohdat eivät olleet viimeisen päälle muitta eivät haitanneet, koska hotellissa oli siistiä
