Very good - needs fine tuning for greatness
Pros:

+ Very nice staff
+ Breakfast and dinner were really good variety and taste
+ Pool and spa facilities were good and well maintained
+ Location is beautiful

Cons:

- Facilities sometimes lack basics, no venta in the toilet (no window) and no AC in the bedroom (only living room)
- Everything cost money, I would like the hotel much more if some of the activities like baggy or sports were free because the hotel is so remote and there is nothing else to do

Za vyššiu cenu dostanete vysokú úroveň služieb.
Pros:

Strava bola pestrá a veľmi chutná. Apartmán bol veľmi priestranný, takže super pre rodinu s deťmi. Okolie krásne, v prírode. Kúpali sme sa vonku v jazierku. Pre deti to bol zážitok kúpať sa s rybami. Ocenili sme detský kútik (herňu), deti sa tam vyjašili. A milo prekvapil aj podsedák na stoličku v reštaurácii pre staršie deti, ktoré sa už nezmestia do detskej stoličky, ale stále nedočiahnu pohodlne sa najesť. Vedenie myslí do detailov na pohodlie ubytovaných.

Cons:

Rozkladací gauč veľmi vŕzgal, ten by už bolo vymeniť, pretože spanie tam nebolo pohodlné.

A miliő. Nagyon hangulatos az egész, a lobby illata/aromája nagyon finom. A reggeli és a vacsora is bőséges, választékos. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

Fürdőkádas fürdőszobánk volt zuhanyfüggönnyel, melynek az alja már koszlott, penészes volt. Nem higiénikus. A csaptelepek mozogtak, nem voltak megfelelően rögzítve. A wc-ben a szagelszívó semmit sem ért, mintha nem is lett volna.

Pros:

The room size is quite big, we really liked how we received bathrobes and slippers for even our youngest kid. the breakfast is quite good, fresh and changing every day. the pool was clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The pool itself is smaller than expected, luckily we were alone most of the time, so it didn't impact us as much. the jacuzzi were not warm enough in my opinion.
We didn't realize that all the outdoor activities are extra charge. we expected that if we pay 400 EURO per night, we shouldn't add 5 euro for tennis rackets or to take a sap for the lake.
We didn't know that the gondola is closed during the week, and we couldn't use it at all, so all of our expectations to hike up on the hill didn't happen.

Krásna lokalita, vynikajúce jedlo
Pros:

Krásna lokalita, chodievame často do Banskej Štiavnice a chceli sme zmenu..

Prijemný a ochotný personál

Pomerne veľký apartmán.

Vynikajúce jedlo, skvely výber a rôznorodosť jedál počas polpenzie každý deň.

Využivali sme aj bazén, ktorý síce nebol velký vzhľadom k počtu hostí - chodievali sme doňho až večer, aby sme sa vyhli rodinám s malými deťmi.

Cons:

Naše okná boli orientované do zadnej časti hotela, kde sme často počuli hluk, semtam aj hádky personálu, čo nám bolo nepríjemné.

Posteľ v spálni bola na náš vkus privelmi mäkká a na prístelke - gauči sa nespalo veľmi pohodlne.

Teplú vodu do vane sme museli nezvyčajne
dlho odpúšťať.
