Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin.
El hotel nos sorprendió para muy bien. La habitación era muy cómoda, las camas perfectas para descansar después de una ruta en moto, todo impecablemente limpio y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con productos de calidad y todo perfectamente presentado.
Pero, por encima de todo, quiero destacar al personal. Su amabilidad y profesionalidad marcan la diferencia. Esta mañana pregunté si era posible desayunar en la terraza y la chica del desayuno, sin poner el más mínimo inconveniente, abrió la terraza, preparó la mesa y nos permitió disfrutar de un desayuno al aire libre. Un detalle que demuestra el interés que tienen por hacer que la estancia sea especial.
También quiero mencionar al recepcionista Emanuel (si no recuerdo mal ese era su nombre). Anoche vimos cómo atendía con absoluta educación y paciencia a unos clientes que estaban protestando de una forma que, sinceramente, nos pareció injustificada. Mantuvo en todo momento una actitud ejemplar, profesional y respetuosa.
Cuando un hotel tiene unas buenas instalaciones y, además, un equipo humano así, el resultado solo puede ser excelente.
Sin duda, volveremos cuando regresemos a Portugal.

Funcionários 5 estrelas. Pequeno almoço ótimo. Sossegado. Piscina interior com agua quente/ótima.

Cons:

Colchão e almofadas de fraca qualidade. Barulho do frigorifico e ar condicionado, tive de desligar para poder dormir.
