Pros:

The location right across from the beach, and near great food places and opposite the casino where we attended a wedding.

Cons:

Struggle at times to get seating in the outside area of the restruant and bar.

Pros:

Excelente hotel , por su ubicación , servicios , y sobre todo por su personal. TODOS super amables , siempre con una sonrisa en la cara , te atienden muy bien.
Instalaciones muy buenas , desayuno muy bueno atendido amablemente por su personal.
Buena oferta en la comida , con su menú diario muy bueno a un precio muy adecuado.
Quiero destacar al departamento de recepción , a Andrea , que trabajó para ayudarnos a quedarnos más noches en el hotel , buscando hasta encontrar y satisfacer nuestras peticiones. Gracias también a Santiago, siempre muy amable con nosotros.
Todos haciéndonos sentir como en casa.

Good hotel but have drinks at another bar because this really lets it down.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely great room front desk helpful. I rang down to reception to ask for a iron as we were going out to dinner but they said they do not have any. You have to give 24 hours notice and it’s sent out. How very strange they have wedding corporate events but no irons.

Cons:

Staff on the outside bar just leave you sitting there rubbish on the floor of the terrace both days not a good look. Very slow and unhelpful bar staff because you have to go in because the outside waiter is busy talking.

Wonderful beachfront hotel in Santander
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sardinero and would gladly return. It is a charming four-star hotel located directly opposite the beach, with an excellent position in one of the most beautiful areas of Santander. The location is ideal for enjoying the sea, walking along the promenade and exploring the surrounding restaurants and cafés. The city centre is also easy to reach by public transport or taxi.

The hotel is elegant, stylishly furnished and has a refined atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made a real difference and ensured an excellent night’s sleep.

The service was professional, friendly and efficient. The staff were helpful throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. Everything was well organised, and the overall standard of service matched what we expected from a good four-star hotel.

The combination of the beachfront location, elegant interior, comfortable rooms and quality service makes this hotel an excellent choice for a holiday in Santander. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay by the sea.

Décevant pour la chambre

L’emplacement. L’endroit est vraiment très beau.

Cons:

La chambre. Nous étions trois adultes, moi et mes enfants de 20 ans. Nous avons pris une chambre avec lit d’appoint. Nous avons juste la place pour les bagages. Nous avons demandé une chambre plus grande. Ils nous trouve une chambre plus grand pour une différence de 25 euros. Rien par rapport au prix de base plutôt élevé. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous avez pas imaginé un surclassement. Je réserve tout mes voyages chez vous depuis des années, pour le travail et pour les vacances et vous dites que nous des privilèges grâce à vous. C’était plutôt décevant
