Pros:

Location, Front desk staff was so sweet

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work, the bathtub was black with dirt, the toilet paper was not full, there was a door that led to the next room with just a simple lock on it which seemed sketchy, and it smelled like moss/mildew.

Great but air conditioners need attention.

Cons:

Air conditioner operating poorly upon check-in. Checked filter completely clogged with dirt and dust. I thoroughly cleaned it and air conditioner operated excellent.

Pros:

I liked just about the whole stay but I believe the price was a little high for the comfort. The beds were not real comfortable the mattress protector was gross as well other than that it was good need more cream and sugar for coffee lol

Pros:

Location! Location! Location! Food places are within walking distance. Grocery and deli essentially across the street. Water is hot. Full small fridge too. Pool. BBQ grills too.

Cons:

Beds. The beds were small and the mattress could be softer too. That's it.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung passt nicht ganz. Es ist schade, dass das schön renovierte Zimmer/Bad durch die älteren Betten und die alte Badewanne herab gewertet wird.

Not Happy With Our Stay.
Pros:

We were there for a friends surgery and the location was excellent for the surgery center. The pool is small but okay. I feel pictures are deceiving.

Cons:

The room had an awful odor to discover mold in the bathroom area and a person with bad allergies could imagine how that stay went. Bed was not comfortable to me, but everyone has different views on bedding. Its on the more firm style.

Great, spacious room with close proximity to the beach and Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, a grocery store and small Walmart.
Pros:

Close proximity to Pensacola Beach, very nice and spacious room, and very nice staff. Jarrod checked us in and he was very pleasant and helpful!

Cons:

I think the floor needed to be mopped, otherwise it was great!

BEWARE BED BUGS
Pros:

Beware !! BED BUGS!!
We paid proceeded to room
And there were bed bugs under mattress !!
We went and notified manager and showed him pics
He refused to give money back when booking .com called him and sent email
He said there was no bed bugs there
It is illegal to cover up bed bugs under Florida law
And create a danger to the public
I will be contacting Florida board of health tomorrow
