Better choices available
Pros:

The location was OK. The room was spacious and the decor was updated. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave although we didn't use them.

Cons:

The whole exterior is just in need of a refresh. All room doors are accessible from outside, so technically it's a motel. Chairs and smoking towers outside each room just seemed a little seedy. The room seemed clean although there was something gritty on top of the cover. The two main issues were that the beds were super uncomfortable and the cheap box springs squeaked loudly with any roll over, and the wall AC unit sounded like a jet engine taking off. Also, the price was ridiculous (236) but the cheapest with availability in the location we needed.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay! Niko is a great host and took care of our requests very quickly! Rooms were very clean and we will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was constantly asking for toilet paper. There needs to be more toilet paper and towels in the room but other than that it was great and we will be back!

Bed was decent I guess

Cons:

It was a absolute nightmare the second I walk inside there were 4 houseflies just buzzing around and if that wasn’t bad enough a literal wasp greeted me in the shower I almost had a panic attack it was genuinely horrible

나는 며칠전에 여기 숙소를 예약하고 예약확정도 어플을 통해 확인했다.바다에서 놀다가 한시간전에 온.부재중 통화를 확인하고 숙소에 전화를 했더니 우리가 전화를 받지 않아 우리가 예약한 방을 다른 사람한테 넘겼다고 했다. 그러면서 자기 숙소를 이용할 수 없다면서 대체 숙소를 알려줬는데 그 숙소를 바다에서 25분 떨어진 시내 안쪽 숙소였다.
바다에서 놀다가 전화한 통 못 받았다고 내가 예약한 게 없어지는 정책이 맞는 건지도 모르겠고 대체로 알려준 숙소는 메인 바다에서 엄청 떨어진 검색해 보면 여기보다 반값의 숙소인데
이게 너희가 생각한 대체방안이라면 난 받고싶지도 않고, 우리가 겪을 불편함에 대한 대안이 하나도 없었다.
우리는 기분이 매우 안 좋았고 여행계획이 다 어긋났다

Keeping in mind the location and the time of year at which I reserved my room, this is by far the best stay for the price. I booked my room (the decor was simple yet tasteful and beautiful) last minute, as a walk-in, during the first weekend of Summer break of one of the most tourist-travelled places in the US, for the same price that I frequently rent rooms on the "wrong" side of town. And those one usually don't have a pool. I'm telling you, if they have vacancy, location is literally just minutes from the beach. This is the room you want.

Cons:

I didn't like how check out time was 10:00 a.m. although I can understand due to the season.

It was a great place for a beach visit or even coming through for a night.
Pros:

If you are looking for a great place to see the beach. ESPECIALLY dog people this is the place. Even my kids enjoy it, nice space larger fridge. A good set up.
