Good location and has all facilities
The bed was a New York style above but the ceiling was so low that you have to crawl in and out. Had hit our heads a couple of times when getting up.
We stayed at a Premium room for 7 nights. We used the kitchen quite a lot and that was a priority while looking for a hotel. They have all the basics for the kitchen (fridge with a small freezer, cutting board, cutlery, plates, knives, corkscrew, bowls, grater etc.). After reading some reviews I brought my own sponge though, which was useful. They provide washing liquid, a tea towel, few pods for the dishwasher. We didn't use them but a washing machine, ironing board & iron were available in the room. I appreciated the amount of hangers they provide and the space in the closet. We stayed in room 404 and there was a terrace available for guests. We made use of it a few short times. The bed itself was very comfy, though a bit small. The pillows were a big thick for our taste, but it didn't bother us too much. The AC worked perfectly and it was very much needed in the heatwave. The room was very clean. They took emptied our trash every day and cleaned the room once midway through our stay. The hotel has 3 different underground stations close to it (Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak). There are 5-6 different supermarkets closeby (including an Asian market). Hyde Park is a close walk away. Our check in was very smooth. We had to leave before the reception opened, so we left our keys in the mailbox in the reception. I would highly recommend this hotel. I booked our room 5 months before our trip and our was the only Premium room left, so I suggest booking in advance. I've looked at pictures of the other rooms and though they seem like a good value for money, I'd suggest booking a Premium one if you want more of a comfortable stay. I also want to thank the staff and Mr Avni, they were very kind during our entire stay. I didn't get his name, but someone even offered a weighing scale for our suitcases. Thanks for everything!
The bathroom is a bit tight. You have to open the sliding doors to the bathroom first to be able to get into the shower comfortably, otherwise it becomes very tight. It wasn't a big issue for us, but for some people who are not very close, it might be a problem to consider.
Great location near Notting Hill, Kensington, and Hyde Park. Less than 10 minutes walk from multiple tube stations of different lines. Room itself was nice and the property was well maintained. Surrounding area is a mix of other hotels and residences, which makes for a quiet area at night. I arrived around 12:30 and my room was ready about 15 minutes later, which was a lovely accommodation. I didn’t request a late check-out but did leave my bags for several hours after I checked out, which is also helpful for late evening flights.

Banyo ve tuvalet çok eski banyonun suyu az basınçla akıyor bu rahatsız etti duş alması zor oldu zemin kattaydık odanın havası biraz basıktı o sebeple odaya göre biraz fiyatının yüksek olduğunu düşünüyorum
Odada mutfak ve mutfak aletleri olması çok iyiydi. Yatak çok konforluydu.
Otelde iki tip oda vardı biz küçük olanda kaldık gerçekten çok dardı. İki kişi ayakta hareket edemiyorduk.

We could leave luggages before check in; the location was amazing (10 min walk from Hyde Park; 2 metro stations nearby) ; people very nice; air conditioning; hair dryer; fully equipped kitchen; clean. I totally recommend as neighbourhood was also safe.
If somebody is sensitive to noises at night like I am I suggest to take ear plugs. It wasn't very noisy but it was a bit tiring for me ( steps from above and I think boiler working pretty loud - at least for me as I am saying I am sensitive). But with ear plugs it was fully manageable.
早朝の到着便でしたが、運良くアーリーチェックインができてとても有り難かったです！
ダブルのカテゴリーのお部屋はゆったり、白基調で清潔感もあり広めのキッチンで大きな食洗機や冷蔵庫もあり、最低限の調理器具も揃っていました。
エレベーターもありましたが、グランドフロアー(1F)で毎日の出入りが容易で良かったです。
次回もまた滞在したいと思っています。
IHの熱源が弱く、調理しずらかったです。
また、大きい方のフライパンが古く持ち手がグラグラでした。
基本的にラップやふきん、水切り、まな板、スポンジ等は無いので持参しましょう！

Shower blocked and reported but not fixed before I left - room b2 basement room
When reported person opening up little office at 8.15am so had all day to sort it out
The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and has everything we needed for a week in the city. Having an air conditioning system during this heatwave was definitely a plus. The location is perfect. The hotel is so silent at night we had the best night sleep.
