The location is great as it is near to restaurants, store, beach, and pier. The room we had was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement. The foul smell coming from the bathroom is disappointing. The toilet bowl was wiggly. Wifi connection was weak.

Very disappointing hotel and overpriced. I Weill never stay with this hotel group again.

Cons:

Property badly maintained.
Room 110 damp, bedding damp, water/condensation running on all surfaces. Other rooms 111 and 112 also suffered some of these defects too.
Room smelt of damp.
Internet not operating more than 60% of time over 4 days.
No clothes drying racks provided.
Kettle needed to be turned off manually when boiling.
Lightbulb in bedside lamp failed.

The location is excellent and the pool is perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The set back from the street enables a quiet atmosphere where social interaction is encouraged. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Door de gunstige ligging goed om te verblijven.
Pros:

Onze kamer was prima en op de begane grond. Het personeel is heel erg gemotiveerd om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Het ontbijt kon je bestellen door van een kaart een ontbijt menu te kiezen. De ligging van het hotel is niet direct aan het strand maar ligt op een uitstekende plaats zodat je alles binnen 1 a 2 minuten lopend kunt bereiken.

Cons:

Het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe en dat zie je dan ook duidelijk .

Pros:

The location is 10 mins walk from Sanur Beach. That was a great plus point. The room that was allocated to me was big and comfortable. There is a pool, breakfast and SPA facilities in this hotel. Free drinking water is available in all the floors. There are plenty of restaurants, massage places, souvenir shops etc very close by. The rooms are cleaned every day and the all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Parking facility available within the hotel compound

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit of renovation, but that is understandable and should not be a show stopper. If you have mobility issues, do let the staff know about it while booking as the lift stops at 3rd floor and the hotel has 4 floors.

To the management: Please take care of the gaps between the balcony doors as this allows the warm outside air to come inside and hence the AC cooling is not fully effective.

Perfect location , was good for what we needed . Staff were very nice and efficient. Got the room cleaned everyday which was super helpful . We had the problem with the AC as it was leaking we called someone and they come a fixed and had no further problems with it . Walkable from a lot of good restaurants and not far from the mall

We had a small problem with ants , they were along the wall by the tv . Couldn't keep food out for more than 5 mins as we didn't want cookies in the fridge and wanted eat them that same night . But nothing major really
