Arrived at property after pre requesting 2pm check in . Arrived and after paying upfront in full for our stay, told room not ready until after 3pm. Told to go for a walk and come back. Returned, given key & left to get ourselves to the room after being pointed in the direction.

2 towels in room only. When asked if we can have a hand towel, referred to management and a towel was given later.

Mould on shower tiles, around bath rim, toilet and bathroom tiles.

Pool not clean with green algae on edges.

In 3 days, floor in our room not cleaned, bathroom vanity not cleaned. On 2nd day, 1 towel left after housekeeping. Requested another towel twice so we could have a shower (2 people)

Shower - No hot or even warm water our entire stay even when we mentioned it and was told it would be looked at.

On last day, painting floor around pool area. Pool steps with rail and area was blocked off. Guests needed to climb over the sides to get in and out if wanting to use the pool.

Breakfast average.

Rundown hotel in dire need of a thorough renovation.
Cons:

The room and hallway were not clean. At night the water was not hot, merely lukewarm for five minutes after which it was cold. In the morning there was no water at all. I had to wait taking a shower until the water came back on.

Pros:

Staff were great. Rooms in desperate need of refurbishments, especially the bathrooms. Hot and cold water, hit and miss most times. Very thin walls so hardly any privacy experienced. Bathroom smelt like sewer. Cute hotel, but some upgrades definitely required.

Nog geen 2 sterren waard. Wij hebben na 1 nacht van de 4 geplande nachten een ander hotel geboekt.
Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk en servicegericht, maar er was geen manager met bevoegdheid te bekenen.

Cons:

De foto's zijn achterhaald. Het restaurant en de poolbar zijn vanaf 16:00 uur gesloten. Het hotel is slecht onderhouden en ligt aan een drukke weg, waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast is. De airco's in kamers werken slecht en de bedden zijn dramatisch hard, terwijl het kussen voelt als 3 veertjes in een kussensloop. De keuzen bij het ontbijt is karig en alleen toast met jam was goed weg te werken.

This is a budget hotel but there seems to be 2 different sides 1 old and 1 newer. The rooms are shabby the hotel is shabby and the outside area by pool etc is awful it needs major work even just a clean! Staff were great and any time there was a problem they came straight away. One thing I thought was very bad considering we had to change 2 rooms and just the overall condition of the hotel and rooms I got charged as I broke a cup! I hope they use this sort of charges to renovate the hotel as it could be a fantastic one if they only put some money into it.

I liked where it was located, easy walking access to beach and dining etc. Bed was comfy, great breakfast menu and pool area. Staff were helpful.

The bathroom was mouldy and smelly which took away from an otherwise lovely room.
