Mooie ontvangsthal bij binnenkomst, alleen wel beetje somber verlichting is minimaal

Cons:

De badkamer. Ziet er prima uit op het oog, maar zie bij kitwerk schimmelvorming, veel kalkaanslag bij douchekop en bij glazendeur van de wc.

I don't think I will visit this chain again!!
Cons:

1. It took so long to check in although we came at night. Only one receptionist.
2. No complementary water in the rooms.
3. Poor breakfast and unfortunately there is a smell in the food area.

Slow and incompetent.
Cons:

I booked a single king bed room. I requested high floor. When I arrived I was given a twin room with two joined beds (?!?) on the 2nd floor. After I insisted I once again show them my booking which clearly states single room, king bed, they changed my room.

I have stayed now more than 5 times at this hotel and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to give them my company's details from scratch for the invoice. This is annoying, slow, and a waste of time. Every time I ask the receptionists to save this information, they promise that it is saved, but then on the next visit they don't have it, or can't find it, and have to manually enter everything one by one all over again. Whichever it is, in both cases it speaks of utter incompetence, bad systems, and disregard of the customers' time. If you cant automate a simple company invoice, you should not operate as a hotel.
