The interior is nice, but that's about it.
First of all, it took me over 20mins waiting to check in, despite there being only 2 groups (one family of four and one business man) in front of me. The woman behind me got really upset and complained to the other woman staff, but the staff was so badly trained that she gave a robotic answer "I understand your frustrations, it's only me and my colleague, so wait". To receive this kind of answer after the ridiculous check in is even more infuriating. The woman staff left the counter after helping 2 groups. I'm baffled that only one person was constantly doing check in, although quite some waiters serving at their restaurant and the bar.
Secondly, there's a flyer that says if you join the membership, you get a free drink at the bar. I created an account with the help of the staff, that was nice, but he said it like it is for silver membership only and he only made the exception to give me one.I felt either the flyer was misleading, or the staff was wrong.
Thirdly, after 40mins I finally got into my room, there was no water bottle. That's fine, but the only water dispenser is on the ground floor. There was an ice dispenser on each floor, but not water dispenser? Ridiculous for this price. I paid 117 euros for one night.
Location and overall experience
No dental kit . No cookies in the room .
Next day no coffee pods kept in the room .

Ligging
Voor 3 personen een kleine kamer.
Het ligbed / bank vrij klein en onhandig, zeker als je 1.80 bent.
Op de gang ijsblokjes machine, die gebruikt wordt maar niet proper oogde.
Restaurant gereserveerd om 16.45 uur. Bij aankomst werd ons medegedeeld dat het gesloten was tot 18 uur. Gelukkig kon ik een mail met bevestiging van de reservering tonen. Personeel pakte het goed op en we konden toch iets nuttigen.
Bij aankomst was kamer niet klaar en de 3e slaapplek niet opgemaakt. Dit zou uiterlijk om 19 uur geregeld worden. Helaas om 00.30 uur bij terugkomst in hotel is dit niet gedaan. De vriendelijke receptie medewerker is dit zelf komen doen. Hij had zelfs gedacht aan extra handdoeken. Voor hem een dikke pluim.
Schoon, praktisch, grote kamers.
The hotel is very convenient to the Hoofddorp rail station. The room was clean and had a fun view of both Schiphol Airport and the rail line, which is nice if you or your kids like to watch trains and planes. The hotel is just 20 minutes by rail to the center of Amsterdam.
We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. It was after 10pm when we finally were able to get someone from housekeeping to the room to make up the sofa bed for the kids. Ideally this would have been done before we checked in or immediately after.
