Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber und in einer guten Lage. Man bekommt zu Beginn eine Karte und Infos zur Umgebung, was sehr hilfreich war.
Wir hatten ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer, haben jedoch einen Spray bekommen, damit wir sie auch selber wegmachen konnten (war uns lieber, als wenn ständig jemand deswegen kommen muss).

The manager was really friendly and helpful. He helped arrange a tour and transport. He gave us a map of the town when we arrived and explained what was around with the opening times. When we were leaving and waiting for our shuttle he brought us out tea which was lovely. Could tell he took pride in his work.
The breakfast was lovely with a choice of and drinks to choose from.

Lovely man on reception who was really helpful and gave us lots of useful information. He also helped with laundry, arranging trips and a van to the station. Spacious room and large private balcony. Comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was basic, but good. Overall a great place to stay and the location was perfect - near to market and all attractions.
The patio door was a bit stiff at times, but we got used to it!
The room was spacious and clean. There were a few ants on the wall, but bug spray was provided upon request. We booked 2 nights but stayed for 3.
The guy at the front desk seemed a little cold at first, but he actually had a warm heart. We initially found him a bit hard to read, but soon realised he was genuinely trying to help. He also makes a great breakfast, and the pancake was my favourite.
A small heads-up: Booking.com only showed the price in USD, which I didn’t notice as it usually also displays the local currency. Card payments have a standard 3% surcharge, so we chose to pay in Kip instead. Unfortunately, the property’s exchange rate was very poor, and I only realised afterwards that we ended up paying about USD 3$ extra per night. Ironically, paying by card would have been cheaper.
The shower needs more pressure.
A great hotel near the main area of Luang Prabang. The receptionists are lovely and even gave us a drink after we had checked out and were waiting to be picked up to be taken to the airport! Breakfast is delicious with varied options! Clean and big rooms.

We had a lovely stay! We liked that the room is really cleaned and spacious. All appliances and complimentary things were good too! The balcony is such a great addition. The great location, very central but a calm street!
Nothing to be honest, very happy and would definitely stay again.
