Magnifique logement
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment très beau. C'est tres pratique qu'il y est un bar dans l'hôtel. L'espace extérieur et la psicine sont très agreable. La chambre est grande, confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut !

Cons:

La chambre est assez humide et il y a une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.

Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, με ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και μια πολύ όμορφη πισίνα. Θα θέλαμε επίσης να ευχαριστήσουμε το προσωπικό που μας διευκόλυνε να κάνουμε check-in μία ώρα αργότερα από το προβλεπόμενο. Η εξυπηρέτησή τους ήταν εξαιρετική!

Voldoende, maar er zijn heel wat verbeterpunten.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een zwembad aanwezig, ruime kamer. Goede ligging en gratis parking met camerabewaking.

Cons:

Kamers zijn heel gehorig, uitslapen zit er niet in.
Kamers zijn sterk verouderd, vooral de badkamer is volledig gedateerd. Gevaar voor uitschuiven in het bad.
Zeer harde bedden. (Ik kreeg wel onmiddellijk een extra topper aangeboden op de matras bij melding hiervan).
Verduistering van de kamers is ondermaats. De gordijnen aan het raam zijn niet breed genoeg om het hele raam te bedekken.
Geen parasols aan het zwembad
‘S avonds totaal geen sfeer en gezelligheid in het hotel. Geen verlichting in en rond het zwembad.
Het hotel heeft zeker potentieel maar er een grondige renovatie en opwaardering van het geheel nodig.
Kluis is te klein voor o.a. een laptop

It is worth the money,the staff were very nice and kind .

La limpieza y la comodidad de todas las instalaciones, que aunque no son de construcción reciente, están muy bien cuidadas. No falta un detalle. Camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Habitación perfecta, amplia y confortable, para pasar unos días de desconexión, con terraza con salida directa a la piscina y al bar del hotel. Quedan muy cerca dos playas preciosas: Praia da Luz, a la que se puede ir andando (unos 10 minutos) y a la maravillosa playa de Burgau, que tiene un encanto especial, encajonada entre acantilados en un pintoresco pueblo de pescadores.

Destacar la profesionalidad y atención de los trabajadores del hotel. Tuvimos un problema de última hora que casi nos impide ir y nos lo solucionaron rapidamente añadiendo una cama supletoria para nuestra hija. Mención especial a los trabajadores Benjamín y Philippe, por su trato cercano, simpático educado y servicial, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Yo si fuera el gerente del hotel, sin duda, les subiría el sueldo, por su profesionalidad y su calidad humana, pues trabajadores como ellos hacen a estos lugares idílicos aún más especiales...

Our third visit to the hotel, and we will go again! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. the pool is lovely, and plenty of places to sit and relax. The best part are the staff, they are friendly, helpful ,kind and make you want to go back again.
A short walk into town ( bit of a hill involved) but the town is full of restaurants, bars and shops. lovely sandy beach. Would recommend.
