The room was spacious and clean and provided a TV and safety deposit box.
The breakfast was simple with scrambled egg, bread and coffee. The staff providing breakfast were kind and attentive but do get very busy when everyone comes for breakfast at the same time. I would recommend to go early to avoid this.
We had 3 nights of barely any sleep here. It is very loud location please be aware before booking and perhaps ask for a room at the back of the building and not at the roadside. There are many bars, clubs and restaurants on this street that all play loud music until 3-4 am. There are also party buses or trucks that drive by regularly in the night with very loud music and heavy base.
The shower was not hot throughout our stay it was not freezing but lukewarm or tepid.
Many of the reception staff (not all) come across a bit cold and it feels as though you are a nuisance for being a guest here.

La excelente ubicación.
Desde la tarde del segundo día de estadía hasta la mañana del siguiente día en que nos retiramos del hotel, no hubo NADA de agua ni para lavarse los dientes.
En la noche esperamos varias horas para ducharnos porque al principio nos dijeron que en cualquier momento vendría, hasta que nos ganó el cansancio.
Madrugamos para ducharnos pero no fue posible, seguía igual, NI UNA GOTA DE AGUA.
El check on pronto y el check out tarde.
El metro está próximo al hotel.
Ventanas de la habitación no cierran y se oye todo ruido del pasillo .
En el baño solo hay una rejilla en vez de cristal y entra ruido del patio.
Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito gentis, instalações boas, além de ter água e café na recepção. Localização excelente.
O hotel fica numa rua com muitos bares e restaurantes, e fiquei num quarto de frente para a rua, então se escutava um pouco do barulho da rua, mas isso não foi um grande problema, deixo apenas como observação.
