Nice location and room was very clean except for ants coming out from the cracks in the wall. Easy walking distance to Faliraki Town. The young man at the bar was very friendly and loved a chat. The food was also nice.
For such a "Boutique" hotel, I expected a little better.
I had left a note saying we were celebrating our honeymoon. When we arrived, reception wasn't very welcoming and no one helped us with our suitcases to our room (there were a few stairs). My husband ordered food from the bar and he had to bring it back to our room himself and make 2 trips.
Our room kept getting ants from the cracks in the walls and it was the only hotel we stayed at that didn't provide vanity essentials.
The staff were amazing, welcoming, helpful and so lovely. The bar area and pool area was very pretty and great for a lazy relaxing holiday. I liked the hotel was small and not too overcrowded. Breakfast was more than expected for continental.

We stayed in one of the rooms with the private pool and I couldn’t fault it! We didn’t use the main hotel much but the look and feel of it was lovely, the staff were all great! The location was great, a supermarket very close by and just a short walk into Faliraki!
We were a little disappointed with the breakfast provided, the toaster could use an upgrade as it would only toast one side of the bread and there was minimal hot food to choose from. As someone with allergies, it was very limited for me.

Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel (entsprach nicht den Bildern aus dem Internet), das Zimmer lag direkt neben der Hotelbar, d.h. abends lange laut und morgens früh laut und die Gerüche aus der Küche sehr intensiv auf dem angrenzenden Balkon, beim Check in war im Zimmer der Schmutz von den vorherigen Hotelgästen vorhanden, sehr hellhörig, jeden Morgen um 07:00 Uhr hat das Reinigungspersonal vor der Zimmertüre mit einem Laubbläser gearbeitet, die gewaschenen Handtücher und Pooltücher waren alle vergilbt (durch die Sonnencreme)

Rustig gelegen, maar met een klein stukje lopen zit je midden in het bruisende uitgaansleven.
Heerlijk zwembad met genoeg bedjes voor iedereen.
Goed dagelijks ontbijt wat continue wordt aangevuld. Iedere dag schoonmaak, erg vriendelijk ook!
De standaard kamers zijn prima, maar niet bijzonder.

Pool in the property
At first glance, the room looked clean, but there were several issues. The sink was not properly cleaned, the towels had yellow stains, and there was an unpleasant chemical-like smell coming from the ventilation. The room was also quite noisy because the bathroom window faces the corridor, so we could clearly hear people outside, especially at night, and it woke us up several times.
The breakfast was very basic—fine for a quick snack, but with very limited options (the only fruit was watermelon). The kitchen equipment was limited and in poor condition; for example, one of the pots was missing a handle.
Overall, considering the price we paid, we expected much better value for the quality and comfort of the accommodation.
