Zentrale Lage und angenehmer Aufenthalt in Swakopmund
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmern. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und die Innenstadt sind bequem erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Durch die Lage ist das Hotel ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Swakopmund zu erkunden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The receptionist on night shift was rude and unprofessional in executing his duties.

Your rule about the gate that is not allowed to be opened after 10pm, for guests to park their cars, is unreasonable. At the rate you charge per night, one would expect at least secure parking for your car. Rooms are also dark and dated.

Brilliant stay!

Location, close to the beach and main central location, great breakfast with variety!

The outside room setup, it gave downgrade type of vibe, also there was a smelly cloth left on the bathroom cupboards probably by mistake🙃🙃🙃
