Lamentável!!! Falta de respeito!!!!

Nossa diária foi cancelada antes de chegarmos!!!! Uma vergonha!!!! Nunca antes aconeceu isso comigo....falta de respeito, de educação e trato com o cliente!!!

Cons:

Postura do hotel, gerente que 2° a atendente foi quem autorizou o cancelamento...péssimo para a rede Ibis uma falta de respeito dessas!!! Avisos via fone, ligação ou algo só tipo!!! Infelizmente tivemos que ir a outro Ibis em Novo Hamburgo ara conseguir dormir!! Uma Pena!!!
