El aire acondicionado de la habitacion dañado toda la noche. El horario de psicina muy limitado. El elevador da miedo por los ruidos, parece falto de mantenimiento. Pasillos entre habitaciones con mal olor.
La atención, las instalaciones y especialmente la comida. Además está ubicado en el mejor sector de Barranquilla.

El trato del personal de la piscina. nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación por el olor a humedad según el personal por que se estaba haciendo limpieza a los aires.

El ascensor parecía tener un inadecuado mantenimiento. Las toallas tenían una textura que no secaba. La carta en el restaurante era muy limitada y los platos eran muy costosos en comparación con la calidad de la comida.
