The location was fantastic; everything is close by, including the shopping mall and even some restaurants. I really like it; for the price, it’s unbeatable.
I would replace the carpets with more modern ones. just a recommendation since they seem to be causing a very unpleasant odor and dampness.
Para ser un 5 estrellas dejo mucho que desear, más bien parece un hotel de carretera , la habitación con un olor a humedad increíble, no volveré nunca.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'espace piscine est magnifique avec une vue incroyable
Nous avions 1 appartement pour 4 personnes. La cuisine était sale avec aucune éponge ni produits pour nettoyer et l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous en fournir ! Il n'y avait pas de la vaisselle pour 4 personnes (3 verres et 2 assiettes)
Les salles de bain sont petites avec peu d'étagères pour poser les affaires.
Le 1er jour, nous n'avions pas de tapis de bain ni de serviettes pour les mains.
The rooftop bar was very nice .
The front desk team was terrible upon checking out they would not let me leave without checking the minibar. They can’t stop a tourist that has an uber waiting outside for him and I needed to get to the airport I should get compensation for that.
El restaurante dispuesto para tomar el desayuno era un sitio muy agradable, amplio y cómodo. En general, las preparaciones eran variadas y bien organizadas en el lugar. Los meseros fueron siempre muy amables.
La habitación era amplia pero tenía un diseño lúgubre, su decoración no era atractiva.
La silla del espacio de escritorio estaba muy muy sucia. Al parecer, llevaba bastante tiempo así y a la fecha no la habían limpiado.
De los 5 días que estuvimos en el hotel, 2 de ellos debimos llamar a solicitar toallas del cuerpo y de las manos, porque se las llevaban cuando limpiaban la habitación pero no las reponían.
El control del tv no servía y lo manifestamos recién llegamos pero nunca lo arreglaron.
La ventana de la habitación estaba muy sucia y la persiana rota y al bajarla, quedaba descuadrada.
La ubicación, el personal fue amable.
Bueno el primer día que llegamos la habitación no tenía toallas, llamamos y nos trajeron toallas que estaba con mucho agujeros y olor extraño. Cuando subimos a la piscina pedimos las toallas para la piscina y nunca llegaron la excusa era que no habían por la alta ocupación, cabe resaltar que a todos los que estábamos en la piscina están en la misma situación. Por la “alta ocupación”, la hora del desayuno era un caos, solo había un mesero para todos, las mesas sucias, nunca habían vasos, nunca había café, los desayunos eran un caos total.
El desayuno muy variado, rico y variado.
El personal por lo general muy cálidos y con buena disposición para consentir y darnos gusto.
La vista en el piso 15 excelente.
Buena ubicación. El chico de la recepción que nos recibió muy amable. La habitación amplia. La ubicación también nos gusto
La limpieza de la habitación.
Realmente faltó.
Tres noches y nos cambiaron toallas. Yo utilice un vaso y no lo lavaron, ni lo cambiaron.
