Lobby, and dining area was too crowded and too small. Room was too small.
Awesome staff, friendly, helpful & professional. Also, hotel has awesome location located across from Terminal 3, can get to hotel via Runway Manila an Aircon pedestrian bridge connects terminal 3 to other side where Belmont hotel is located, a very, very short walk. Also, lots of shops located close by and short walk to Newport Mall.

Ageing facilities - AC/shower etc - in need of renovation. Receptionist/Concierge not particularly organised/helpful.
We stayed overnight for an early flight the following day. It is very close to Terminal 3. As long as you can carry all your luggage, you just have to take a lift just across the hotel to walk to Pre -Departure Terminal 3
