Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Eine wirklich noch nie erlebte Begrüßung war die handgeschriebene Begrüßungskarte, die wir auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden haben,
Ein exellenter Service ist zu jeder Zeit kostenlos eine Kaffeespezialität am Kaffeeautomaten zu bekommen.
Das Hotel hat die beste Lage, direkt am Grote Markt.
Im Eingangbereich ist eine gemütliche Lounge, in der man sich treffen kann und den kostenlosen Bergrüßungs(soft)drink geniessen kann.
Danke, so bindet man Gäste an Haus. Wir werden diese positiven Erfahrungen gerne weitererzählen.

Aan alles is gedacht!
Pros:

Het was een all-in experience! Van het authentieke hotel met alle mooie elementen tot de in de puntjes verzorgde kamer waarbij aan alle gemakken gedacht is! En als kers op de taart het super vriendelijke en attente personeel met hun persoonlijke benadering. I loved it!

Wir haben Groningen in bester und De Doelen in hervorragender Erinnerung.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt am Hauptplatz ist ideal für Sightseeing. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das ganze Gebäude atmet Geschichte!

Cons:

Dass man die Fenster im Zimmer nicht zum Lüften öffnen konnte, war misslich.

Leuke centrale en sfeervolle plek om te verblijven als je in Groningen bent, wel veel lawaai vanaf de Grote Markt kant.
Pros:

Het personeel, gastvrij, er lag een handgeschreven kaartje ter verwelkoming op onze kamer bij aankomst, lockerruimte waar je je bagage kon achterlaten, lekker ruime en moderne badkamer.

Cons:

We sliepen aan de Grote Markt kant, veel straatlawaai tot heel laat waardoor je met de ramen dicht moest slapen. Minder hygiënisch tapijt op de vloer.
