Had a wonderful stay in this cozy townhouse. Clean, peaceful, and felt just like home.

Cons:

Nice and cozy place, but one downside is there’s no sink, which made things a bit inconvenient. Everything else was good perfect and excellent💯👍

* The unit we rented was very spacious for us, a couple with a cat
* It was clean, with fresh soft towels, nice linens, and a very firm mattress, which I prefer
* Air conditioning was fine and easy to adjust
* I liked the minimalist furnishings. No pointless vases with plastic flowers, and plenty of empty shelving to store stuff.
* The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pond, the on-site manager, is always around to answer questions. When we requested a second key, we had it the next day!
* When the jacuzzi was cleaned, the chlorine smell was awful. We requested that it not be cleaned again during our stay, and Pond cheerfully complied.
* Water, toilet paper, and fresh towels were frequently refreshed, and the unit was cleaned every 5 days.

* The units are old and showing signs of it. Furniture has peeling edges, and some damage in our kitchen was taped but no longer adhering to the wall.
* There's a rooftop sitting area above the reception office but it has old, broken, uncomfortable benches/tables, and no umbrellas. It's actually a nice spot to watch the sunset, but not welcoming in its current condition.
* My last gripe is the outdoor lighting at night. Maybe most people like a lot of lights for safety or security reasons, but I prefer darkness after dark, so the multiple light sources felt intrusive to me, blocking the starry night sky. Seems to be everywhere these days though.

Wohnung eigentlich ein ganzes Haus! Es gibt 3 Badezimmer(2mit warm Wasser) eine gut ausgestattete Küche großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und 2Schlafzimmer. Einen Safe im Schlafzimmer.
Jedes Schlafzimmer hat nen eigenen Balkon& ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das ganze Haus ist voll klimatisiert. & Auch viel größer als in der Beschreibung. Würde ca das ganze Haus auf 65+ qm schätzen. Mitarbeiter super freundlich & haben uns wirklich jeden wunsch erfüllt oder alles möglich gemacht was wir benötigt haben. Kleines Dorf & 7/11 fußläufig. Nach Huahin rein mit Grab für 100+ Baht möglich. Fahrbarer Untersatz wie Roller oder Auto oder Taxi schon notwendig wenn man zum Strand oder ähnlichem will. Pool gepflegt& sauber, Wc und Dusche am Pool vorhanden. Wirklich super ruhige Lage sehr schön für Leute die ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Wäre am liebsten direkt fürn halbes Jahr geblieben. Wlan stabil und schnell. Smart Tv vorhanden dh Streamingdienste & co funktionieren. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder buchen. Rund um sehr gepflegte Anlage mit super lieben und hilfbereiten Mitarbeitern. Kleiner Tipp - Bargeld für die Miete dabei haben. Scannpay oder Visakarte ist bisschen umständlich.

Det är lugnt område och tyst. Personalen är jättetrevliga . Speciellt han som är ansvarig där . Han ger alltid det lilla extra och är mån om att vi ska ha det bra där . Han har koll på
Stället så man känner sig trygg i resorten . Stället är rent , internet ok och stora poolen för att svalka sig finns för alla gäster.

I närheten finns restauranger för att handla mat och 7/11 finns på väldigt nära avstånd. Tar 15
Min att åka in till city och inga problem att nyttja Grab/Bolt tjänst .

Vi bodde nära för att kunna gå till svenska skolan Sanuk som ligger 5 min promenad därifrån .

Några har husdjur som
Skäller väldigt högt . Det är inte boendet fel , snarare djurägarens ansvar. Kanske en kastrull till i köket samt sax skulle vara bra.

Очень сильная слышимость из других номеров. Территория довольная уставшая, не соответствует фотографиям. Бассейн возле дома - мы не поняли для каких он целей. Он грязный очень
