Unfortunately, my experience at Uyut Hotel was disappointing. During one full day of our stay, there was no hot water, which caused considerable inconvenience.

The most unpleasant situation occurred after check-out. The hotel did not inform me at reception about any outstanding restaurant bill. Only after I had left the country was I contacted and asked to pay 29,000 KZT. Moreover, the hotel shared my personal phone number with restaurant staff without my permission, and they began contacting me directly and demanding payment. Their messages were inappropriate and made me feel as though I had deliberately left without paying, even though no bill had been presented to me at check-out.

I did not refuse to pay and asked for the proper documents. However, this situation should have been handled professionally by the hotel’s management or accounting department, without disclosing my personal contact details to other employees.

The lack of hot water, poor coordination between the reception and restaurant, and the unprofessional handling of the payment issue after departure left a very negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its service and respects the privacy of its guests in the future.

Cons:

They cleaned our room but they did not add new towels. So I called the receptionist and they told me just okay. Then they were 40 min late and I wanted to have a shower. I called them again and they have been late again. Then the lady came with 2 towels but for the face not for the body. Same happened the next day.
