Pros:

Breakfast is perfect and customer service is wonderful, but the hallway on the floor needs to be vacuum, little dirty. The rooms her spacious and clean.

Just the hallway, it was a bit dirty, should be vacuum at least once a day.

It’s was alright but won’t be staying there again

Close to the parks

Cons:

Have to pay for parking even if you staying at the hotel. The ac was not cold and it hardly blows hard and the tv was on the wrong wall cause the tv was by the side of the bed and not in the front and the beds are not comfortable

Good breakfast. Family friendly atmosphere. Clase enough to Disney parks that we just took taxis.

Housekeeping. We didn't always get a refill on things like toilet paper and had to go ask for it.

Large rooms, clean lobby, amazing breakfast, close to Disney

Cons:

Fire alarms went off 2 times, no gear for batting cages, changed locks while room was occupied, arcade games didn’t work, staff was not knowledgeable or did not speak English.
