Cons:

The door to room and the door to bathroom were stuck, I mean you had to put your shoulder into the main door, the bathroom door was hard to open and close as well. The sink was disgusting, the top of the sink had some kind of sticky substance on it. Disgusting!

Don’t do it, not worth the money
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Pieces of the ceiling were falling onto the bed. The water took a minimum of 5 minutes to heat, and for 2 showers did not at all. Pool has some sort of chemical film on the top, did not appear swimmable.

Not up to Marriott/Fairfled standards
Pros:

I’ve been staying at Marriott properties for 28 years, starting when my job required extensive travel across the U.S., and I’ve stayed at enough locations to earn Lifetime Gold Elite Status.
Unfortunately, during this stay, our whole group had ongoing issues that were reported to the front desk and to me directly. There was a constant shortage of towels, with many guests not receiving fresh ones daily, and families struggling to get enough even after asking.
Pool towels were often unavailable, with only damp ones left in the closet.

Washcloths and tissues ran out entirely, and rooms weren’t fully serviced—used towels were taken, but floors weren’t vacuumed and bathrooms went uncleaned.

By the weekend, breakfast became frustrating, as waffle makers lacked non-stick spray, causing waffles to stick or burn. These basic service problems should have been addressed quickly by management, but no one had the chance to speak with them, leaving the front desk staff to handle all the complaints. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel for future stays.
I communicated with Marriott Area Sales Manager, got a reply but nothing from the hotel, so I am posting my comments here.

And since this was part of wedding block, my comments could nt be posted on Marriott's site.

EXHAUSTED property! Worn out and the TV and its software is probably from 1995!
Pros:

When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman. He asked me how my day was and I said I’m exhausted and cannot wait to get in bed. He worked very quickly to get me checked in and my keys. When he gave me my room, I said oh gosh, I’m a single female. I’d really prefer to not be on the first floor. He very quickly moved me to another floor and I said the one problem is I have a severe down will the room you move me to need to be changed out? He said yes I see that here that you have a down allergy. I said well that’s weird that you see that but you didn’t see that my request is always a high floor. He agreed. So he moved me and said he would bring me new pillows. When he got to my room, I asked him about the remote control because it’s very hard to change the channel. He told me he would check to see if they had any other remotes in house that he could bring me because he agreed it shouldn’t be that difficult. He returned with two bottles of water that he had told me he would give me a check-in and we both forgot to get and said that he could not find any other remote remotes, but he was waiting to hear back from maintenance and would let me know. When I started to unpack, I realized that I needed to use a pants hanger to keep the curtains closed because the first few hooks are not attached to the curtain rod and I am not 8 feet tall and can’t attach them myself. As I put my stuff in the shower, I looked down and there’s an enormous spot in the tub. I don’t know whether it’s dirt or a stain that they’ve tried to get out anyway the floor of the shower needs to be replaced because it’s disgusting. I went to plug in my watch to charge and turn the light on the desk lamp on. It was so dusty and had a sticky feeling to it. As I got ready for bed and brushed my teeth, I noticed the counter around the faucet looks like it’s never been wiped down. The two hooks behind the door don’t even exist. They look like enlarged sewing needles. They would never hold a towel or sports bra. After being at the gym! I’m afraid we have a case of the lazy housekeepers here. If you notice in the picture of the shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles, the body wash and the shampoo look eerily similar and when I pumped them out, they have the exact same consistency and scent. I don’t know about you, but I really don’t want to be washing my body with shampoo. Also, there is no lotion on the counter! Do better housekeeping team! You can see the attached pictures to know what I’m talking about in these situations. I had to call the front desk and ask what channel the basketball game could be found on because the very old time scrolling channel guide said it was on channel 19 went in fact it was on channel 23. Overall, this hotel needs an upgrade. It is very WORN and tired and even the TV software sucks. I stay in a lot of Fairfield Inns and this one is by far the worst in a long time! The sad part is I haven’t even been here in the morning to review breakfast. And I know there are areas of torn carpet and stuff in the common area, but I did not take pictures of them because I didn’t realize I was going to have to do this review. But this hotel is so bad. I didn’t want to wait until the morning to post this review.
