Unfortunately, we're having a few issues with our room.

There is a bar/pub directly opposite the hotel playing very loud music, which makes it difficult to rest. If we open the windows, the noise is too loud. If we keep them closed, the room becomes uncomfortably hot.

Also, the carpet and the room smell strongly of what seems to be cannabis/drugs, which is very unpleasant.

Cons:

Double charged for the room and both booking dot com and the owner blame each other, still no refund.

Also, there is no alternative means of escape. This ‘hotel’ is a huge fire risk and probably shouldn’t have a license!

I would stay there alone,but not with my wife.
Pros:

Was fine until the night porter barged in without knocking at 10.50pm. Spoke to him in the AM. He apologised, but I'm still non the wiser. Location

Cons:

To hot and the fan was very inadequate. Needs air conditioning. Room and shower needs a bit of updating.

Customer service is not up to the standard you would expect.
Pros:

Family run accommodation, but needs improvement.

Cons:

No window or ventilation in the room in the stifling heat. Not possible to sleep comfortably.
Unfortunately did not continue with the stay and had to go somewhere else as we did not have a good experience for the first night.

Its was close to the the station amd was clean

Overnight stay visiting friends,great pub 20 metres away,train station 10 mins walk.Nice village.
Pros:

Entry to property and room is by key code,there are 3 shared bathrooms very clean,bedroom clean with fresh towels and shower gel etc,also coffee making facilities.

Cons:

nothing really,it met my needs for this visit.

Horrendous
Pros:

Cons:

It was digusting. Blood on the walls smelt of fags loud not once did my sheets get changed in 4 days. Loud location. Random homeless men using the facilities and tried to walk in on me when I went to the loo! It was so unhygienic ! Will never use again!
