Pros:

From the get go, the team was friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located. My room was on ground level and had an outside entry, which I really liked. Lots of areas to put my clothes and luggage.

Cons:

If I had to be picky, there were not enough power outlets and no USB outlet. The TV could be improved to include Chromecast.

I loved staying here. The location was perfect and I will be choosing this hotel whenever I visit Sydney.
