Hübsches Haus, gute Lage, aber aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel im typischen Stil für das Stadtviertel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und extrem hellhörig. Wir sind von der Badezimmerlüftung unserer Nachbarn, die mit dem Lichteinschalten immer anspringt, wach gehalten worden.

Pros:

Beautiful building and location. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The room was very small, and we didn't even select the smallest option.
Preferred to sit on the toilet sideways, as the space was uncomfortably tight to sit the right way.
No place in the room to place our suitcases, so had to climb over them when walking around the bed. No coffee machine in the room, only in the shared lounge room downstairs.

Clean freshly painted signs show good maintenance.
Free nuts in reception room and coffee pods a nice touch.

Cons:

Dirty area,street scape and back coffee shop in Victoria street dogey and tired.POTTS is ok but King Cross to walk through has strong homeless presence.

At around 5am outside noise from an engine or generator that went on for almost an hour disturbed my sleep. The same noise I noted in the evening.

Fabulous location in a beautiful building, surrounded by great eateries.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful old facade to this hotel, it is in a fantastic location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful although offering an umbrella would have been nice.

Cons:

Loose clunky floor boards underfoot, the ensuite tiling needs repair and a good scrub. Rubbish left overturned out the front for two days isn’t nice at the entrance
