Location and size of our room was fantastic. Little touches like coffee and tea making facilities was great
Our room was quite noisy when people passed the door. Shower water flooded to toilet area during a shower.

Strong smell of cleaning fluid in bathroom
The location was great and the hotel charming. Room was quite small but had a sash window which we loved and was old fashioned. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the downstairs lobby and balcony with tea and coffee facilities. A great way to enjoy the morning, sitting on the balcony in the sunshine.
Level of room floor lower than the bathroom with poor finish whare they met. Went to the bathroom during the night and sliced my toe on the razor sharp tilesedges that were chipped.
The reception desk was only 8am to 8pm
Had to ask for tea bags daily as onlty topped up with two each day, we bought our own in the end.

No puedo recomendar este alojamiento a nadie, ya que las toallas que tienen te deja todo el cuerpo lleno de pelusa, son de muy mala calidad. Hemos estado 3 noches y hemos tenido 2 habitaciones alquiladas (yo con mi mujer en una y en la otra mi prima con su madre), 2 reservas distintas y en las 2 habitaciones, todas las toallas que nos han dejado han sido igual de malas, te duchabas y al secarte, te dejaban el cuerpo lleno de algodón. Una vergüenza para el precio que cobran…
Nice location, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to room and hotel.
Tv only allowed ABC, could not connect phone to stream anything either. Shower had hair on the wall and shower-head needed cleaning. The second night a cockroach came out of a crack in the wall and startled me! A suggestion would be to put a seal around the room door as a lot of light comes through the edges, or dim the hall lights in the evening.
Great little boutique hotel in a very nice, central neighbourhood. Easy to walk into the City, or down to Kings Cross Station for public transport. Plenty of Bars/Cafes/Restuiarants nearby and a woolworths Supermarket also. Definitely would stay again.
