Traumhafte Unterkunft im Paradies. Das Personal war super freundlich, die Unterkunft hatte alles was man brauchte, das Restaurant direkt an der Unterkunft hat ein ausreichendes Frühstück und ein sehr gute Menü Karte für Mittag und Abendessen.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Rustig mooie plek. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam. We hadden de nodige pech waarbij de manager ons meerdere keren goed geholpen heeft. Tevens waren ze vriendelijk en gezellig.

We booked the room that had pool with beach view. Amazing view with great customer service had everything that we needed 🙌 You are able to rent bike or book activities from the reception. Staff working there was very polite and helpful. 100% recommended

Amazing beach, would stay here again!
Pros:

THIS BEACH is exceptional! I drove to many other beaches but no one beat this one! It’s calm, it’s beautiful and clean.
The location is a calmer location - so you always have to drive for some variety of bars and restaurants/shops. I also liked the fact that you could rent a scooter directly at the accomodation.

Cons:

I had 2 huge cockroaches in my room! And the smell of the bathroom was really disgusting. But even tho everything was open, I didn’t smell it in the room actually. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely.

What we found on arrival looked very different from the photos online. The room was in poor condition, the bedding was stained, and the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was far below what we expected, as can be seen in the photos.

A different room was offered, but it was essentially the same and still not suitable for us.

We cancelled immediately upon arrival because the place was simply not acceptable to stay in. At the property, we were told we would receive a refund within one week. Afterward, that promise was not honored.

After this experience, I also noticed other reviews describing similar situations, including complaints about poor conditions and refund promises that were later denied. In hindsight, we should have taken those reviews more seriously.

If you book here, make sure everything is confirmed in writing. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise caution.

Tolle Lage an einem super schönen und eher ruhigen Strand, sehr nettes Personal, danke an Tang und Luna, die unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui ganz besonders gemacht haben mit vielen tollen Tipps.

Already booked a room for next year!
Pros:

Great location. Off of the main road but close enough to walk to stores and 7-11. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jolan the owner was great as were Thang and Luna! Baal was a great tour guide and they had great food. Pool was clean and refreshing. Right on the beach. Beach chairs with cushions and bean bag chairs available with umbrellas and tables. Private pool right outside room. Beach area was not crowded. Perfect place to stay watch the sunset!

Cons:

Some things need some repair. Fairly minor. No hand towels. Bar and restaurant closed a little early.

Z powodu wypadku nie dotarliśmy na miejsce, a obiekt nie chciał nam zwrócić ani gorsza mimo próśb i negocjacji. Pobyt sprzedaliśmy, ale osoby tak przebywające oceniły obiekt jako bardzo średni.
