Important information:

We have a few family rooms for adults travelling with one child aged 3 to 11. For children 12 years and older, they will need to either share a room with you or have their own separate room.

We have five ground-floor Oriel Unique dog-friendly rooms. A charge of £30 per dog, per night applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A beautiful property with idyllic views of the sea, gardens and countryside. A home away from home.
Pros:

Location is idyllic! Staff super helpful. Breakfast is spot on. Surrounding art and gardens are a real bonus!!

Nice food. Shame about the service.
Pros:

The quality of the food itself was very good. The service, unfortunately, was not up to standard. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The overall service was poor, particularly in the restaurant and management. The reception staff were perfectly fine. The room layout was not ideal, particularly the bathroom. The fan that was provided was not effective at all.

Pros:

Good choice of breakfast. Although, I would have preferred some seasonal berries and grapefruit juice.
The granola offered was more like museli with added nuts and seeds. The pastries were lovely 😍

Cons:

We arrived to be told that our baby was not welcome and that we could not stay. Further discussion with their general manager reiterated their point of view and initially were not happy to make an exception. The general manager inflamed the situation by the way she spoke to my wife, and though eventually they said they would make an exception we had no intention of parting with our hard earned cash after how we were treated by the assistant and general manager. We left to seek alternative accommodation.

The hotel and its staff were great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I would have loved to stay longer.

Beautifully appointed with plenty of parking and an excellent restaurant.

Cons:

We arrived on one of the hottest days this year and struggled with the heat, but the room did have a decent fan.
