10/10 property and staff. Best hotel stay we’ve had in Paris. Room was incredible. Location is stellar - right by the louvre but set inside a quiet interior courtyard. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful week at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal, and our experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay reflected the highest standards of hospitality.

The hotel perfectly embodies the charm and sophistication of a five-star Parisian boutique property. Its exceptional location, just steps from the Louvre Museum and within easy reach of Rue Saint-Honoré and many of Paris's most iconic landmarks, made it an ideal base for our visit.

Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient, attentive, and meticulous, ensuring our accommodations remained immaculate throughout our stay.

Each morning, we looked forward to the outstanding breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious and elegant start to the day. In the evenings, the bar provided the perfect setting to unwind, with expertly crafted cocktails and impeccable service.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its extraordinary staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to creating an exceptional guest experience. The concierge team, in particular, was nothing short of remarkable. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail were invaluable, whether arranging dinner reservations, coordinating transportation, recommending activities, or assisting with the shipment of an item I had inadvertently left behind.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Germain, Lili, Giselle, and Emma for their outstanding care and dedication. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly unforgettable.

The level of service at Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is rare and deserves the highest praise. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning on our next visit to Paris.

We stayed for a 30th anniversary getaway and couldn't have been happier with absolutely everything. The hotel went out of its way to acknowledge our anniversary. The room and service were impeccable, the restaurant delicious. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations of the concierge and the convenient and walkable location.

Great location , friendly atmosphere , room was bright with a great bathroom , cleanlines was excellent , very quit at night , service was very helpful every time , all amenities were excellent .

Exceptional hotel with connecting rooms for families. The concierge team couldn't have been more helpful arranging tours and catering to our every need while we were there. Perfect location, super central, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are very clean, bright, elegantly furnished and seem new. Comfortable beds with lux bedding. We loved the restaurant and bar, the food was delicious and healthy! Amazing little outdoor patio with seating. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the most pleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I traveled to Paris with my 16 year old daughter for a surprise birthday trip. We arrived early after an overnight flight, so our room was not ready yet. However, the staff gave us access to the shower/gym/changing room so we could freshen up before exploring the city. The bellman happily stored our bags until our room was ready. We received an upgrade to a suite based on diamond Hilton status, and they decorated the room with balloons, a cake, and a card for my daughter. She said it made her birthday and trip to Paris and that she felt so special. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Centrally located near Louvre and within steps of Metro line 1. Continental breakfast was expansive and gave a very French experience. Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Paris!

Very comfortable & well-appointed room, great mattress. Shower was pleasant, easy operation. Friendly & courteous staff, front desk, concierge & restaurant. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, also the selections for breakfast. Terrific location for walking to sites in central Paris.

My wife and I just spent a few nights at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the warm welcome that included a glass of champagne, to the helpful staff throughout the hotel, we were pampered and treated with the utmost in courtesy and helpfulness. The concierge staff helped us with restaurant reservations and transportation, the restaurant experience in the hotel was fabulous and we even had a chance to have a drink in the bar and that was very nice as well. I also got the chance to use the fitness center, steam room and jacuzzi (that also came with a glass of unexpected champagne!), and thoroughly enjoyed these amenities as well. The location of the hotel across the street from the Louvre and walking distance to Notre Dame and many attractions and restaurants is also ideal. Will definitely stay here again whenever in the Paris area.
