Fairly convenient and not right on the highway
The shower was for handicapped and I know they are needed but there was water all the way into the sink area. My husband and I were afraid that we might fall.

A roach on my ceilling, a hair on the shower wall, room smell to sweat, towels had hairs (not mine), matress was uncomfortable, I slept with disgust.
Dirty, Dirty Dirty, hairs in tub, Black mold on the walls, staff was terrible dont care for customers never again
Tv remote didn't work,outlet plugs in bathroom were hard to connect too
The staff were all great and the room was clean.
The room smelled stale and stuffy and the pool was green and unusable.

The location, it was on the outskirts of San Antonio.. to keep traveling early morning
It was dirty, the room was full of black mold! Towels were old and torn and bed was dirty!!!!! The bathroom had hairs on the walls! It was so gross! The staff has an attitude, and when I brought it to their attention… they said they could not do anything!

Everything there was bugs mold all over the bathroom dirty sheets and shower curtain stains all over the chairs and blankets
