Beautiful setting, but amenities didn’t live up to beauty of thx setting.
Pros:

Beautiful setting, although the weather made it difficult to take advantage of it. The suite was large and with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains.

Cons:

The shower was so small you couldn’t turn around in it; there was no shower mat and the design of the shower resulted in leaking all over the floor; the towels were of poor quality. There was a step between the bed and the bathroom which was dangerous in the middle of the night. No shampoo, conditioner . Dinner had only one option.

Sjeldent pent hotell i flott natur.
Pros:

Beliggenhet er perfekt, gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum. Frokosten var helt grei, men ikke fantastisk. Utsikten fra frokostrom/spisestue var flott med fjord og fjell, ferger som krysset fjorden og en dag også hurtigruta som lå for anker.
Hotellet er flott innredet, dobbeltrommet vårt var lite men veldig koselig. Hotellet har flere hyggelige sittegrupper både inne og ute.

Cons:

TV-en på rommet vårt var uten kabeltilknytning, hadde vært det lenge og det virket ikke som de hadde noen plan om å få det reparert.

Trivelig hotell med flott beliggenhet
Pros:

Beliggenheten er kjempebra,her bor man helt i vannkanten. God frokost med godt brød og med "skikkelig" kaffe.
Rommet var koselig innredet og med en av de beste sengene vi har ligget i,-dette er jo gjennomgående på Classic Norway-hotellene. Hyggelige ansatte både i resepsjon og i restauranten. Fine fellesarealer å slå seg ned ved. Gratis parkering og lett adkomst til hotellet.
Stort pluss for at ønsket vårt om et stille rom ble etterfulgt.

Cons:

Veldig lite bad der det var vanskelig å få plassert toalettvesker. Selve rommet var lite,men ble oppveiet av at det var så hyggelig der.
Vi spiste middag i restauranten begge dagene,og der var det en litt blandet opplevelse. Første kvelden var det veldig bra,neste kveld var en litt mer blandet opplevelse. Kanskje pga noen misforståelser ved bestilling,men ordnet seg etterhvert.
Skulle ønske at det var litt enklere å få seg en kopp kaffe utenom åpningstidene i restauranten,-pulverkaffen på rommet er som oftest lite fristende...

Grauw en grijze ervaring net als het weer
Pros:

In het kleine dorpje Sæbø, aan het Hjørundfjorden, staat dit hotel. Het bestaat uit kamers in en aan het hoofdgebouw en uit ‘tuincabins’: kleine gebouwtjes met drie kamers. We kregen eerst kamer 16, een bovenkamer met uitzicht op het fjord. Het bed was echter echt slecht. Zodra je erop ging liggen, werd je bijna vanzelf dubbelgevouwen. De enigszins verbaasde receptioniste kon ons gelukkig een tuincabin aanbieden. Deze kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant, waardoor je niet goed weet waar je je koffers moet laten. Verder was de inrichting erg eenvoudig. Gelukkig was het er ’s nachts wel stil. Omdat er in de buurt weinig horeca is, hebben we zowel ontbeten als gedineerd in het hotel. Het ontbijt is ruim en goed verzorgd. Toch blijft het jammer dat sommige gasten hele voorraden fruit en dergelijke meenemen voor hun eigen lunchpakket, waardoor er voor de overige gasten weinig overblijft.
Het diner is à la carte, met een beperkte kaart maar voor ieder wat wils. De kwaliteit is goed en er is ook een goede wijnkaart. Zoals altijd in Noorwegen moet je rekenen op € 60 tot € 80 per persoon. In de twee dagen in Sæbø hebben we helaas veel regen gehad, waardoor onze ervaring, net als het weer, wat grauw en grijs aanvoelde. Van onze rondreis door Noorwegen was dit onze minste ervaring en we zouden deze plek niet echt adviseren.

Härlig vistelse i underbar miljö, återkommer gärna
Pros:

Utmärkt bas för att utforska området, väldigt vacker miljö och omgivning, och inga turistflockar.
Trevlig person i köket som försökte se till att jag fick bra mjölkfri frukost.
Mycket god middag (hälleflundra).

Cons:

Rummet hade en instängd doft.
Personalen var lite oengagerad (men hjälpsam).
