An excellent stay
Pros:

Driving from Melbourne and working in Crows Nest this was the perfect place to work. Car park limited spaces but very easy to use. Laundry and kitchen facilities helpful but close by supermarkets and restaurants in Crows Nest a short walk away. Japanese restaurant virtually on site which I really enjoyed. An excellent stay

Excellent convenient location apartment hotel
Pros:

Locally owned and operated apartment hotel offering comfortable rooms in an outstanding location. Easy checkin and anything you need for a short or long term stay. Always recommend.

VERY disappointing - not up to the usual Quest standard
Pros:

Location to buses and train
it was clean

Cons:

Beds (twin single) were very bad - too low to the floor, children's beds, rolled around the floor - no breaks. very uncomfortable for adults.
Can't understand why these two DREADFUL beds cost more than a normal queen bed to book.
The dishwasher is cheap and poor quality
Bathroom small and poky
Room was not made up during our stay - we visited the gym for clean towels.

Great location for a quick stay, but let down by the details.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find, good safe parking. Decor in the room was lovely and modern. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. TV was good and great device charging options.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows very lumpy and smelled musty. The carpet outside our bathroom was wet when we arrived and so was one of our towels. We were woken up at 8:30 on Sunday morning by a stranger in our adjoining room playing the saxophone. The reception agent did not understand my request for a safety pin/sewing kit and brought me a paperclip instead.

Good location, close to hospital which was my reason for being in the area
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs. Room was a really good size. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Price was expensive. I thought it included car parking, it didn't, so cost even more when I arrived.
Outside noise was quite loud in the room.

Comfortable accommodation, helpful staff
Pros:

Stayed in a comfortable studio apartment on first floor. Clean, useful facilities. Reception staff were accommodating and helpful. Felt like we had our own, secure space. Located near to Royal North Shore Hospital also, with super market and cafes nearby
