A very welcomed and appreciated room upgrade.
Pros:

I had been upgraded to the 4th floor room, which was so much more spacious and comfortable. The upgrade was very much appreciated. We will be returning in June for another stay. Thank You Glen

Very helpful staff. Very good location for transport, trains, metro and buses. Easy check in, nice clean room. Good facilities. Clean comfortable bed.
Easy check out, free luggage storage.

Cons:

Working TV issues. Bedside draw issue, otherwise fine, no problem.

Nice stay
Pros:

We always try to stay at Quest St. Leonards. Great location, facilities and nice self contained rooms although a bit of TLC would go a ling way. For example clearing the shower drains (we almost flooded the bathroom as the drain was completely clogged up), the pool could do with a clean (still a bonus to have though). All in all we had a really a pleasant stay.

Easy stay in convientent location
Pros:

Location excellent near train station and easy walk to crows nest and many resturants. Room was good. Nice to have a gym and pool. Thhe pool and spa however were not the most clean (very dirty around the water line).

Cons:

Pool cleaning and restock of products used. For example coffee pods, soap etc.
