It was a good stay
Pros:

How clean it was

Cons:

The dresser drawers would not stay shut . Had to be careful not to hit knees when Try to go between bed and dresser . Also the toilet paper holder was falling off on one side .

Kamers roken niet fris, dus voor ons zeker geen tweede keer.
Pros:

De ruimte van de kamer.
Wij hadden een suite met 1 slaapkamer en 2 queensize bedden geboekt.

Cons:

Helaas had ik er zelf niet opgelet dat dit een huisdier vriendelijk hotel was. Bij aankomst in de kamer rook de kamer verschrikkelijk naar natte hond.

Na overleg bij de receptie kregen wij een kamer toegewezen op een andere verdieping. Ook deze kamer rook niet fris. Niet naar natte hond maar muffig. Ook al is het een huisdier vriendelijk hotel, de schoonmaak zou dan juist extra verzorgd moeten zijn.

Not very happy.
Pros:

Not very happy with a suite that cost $200. Chipped glass in kitchen, refrigerator not particularly clean, no stopper in bathroom sink, very slippery shower floor, no place to put wet soap on bathroom sink. Paper towels placed on top of fridge - too high for short person to reach. Rusty, dirty floor under fridge Haven’t gone to bed yet - we’ll see.

Pros:

The front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was the one bright spot of the experience.

Unfortunately, nearly everything else was disappointing. The pool at the hotel was closed, so we were directed to use the pool at a neighboring hotel owned by the same company. That pool area was extremely dirty, the water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was also closed.

The condition of our room was unacceptable. There was black mold in the shower, hair on the linens, and an extremely foul odor throughout both the hallways and our room. The pillows were paper-thin and offered no comfort.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

No sense of care
Pros:

I question how much the staff and management care about the hotel.

I found a belt in the pull out sofa along with a sandwich wrapper. I had to ask twice for sheets for the pull out. The extra pillow in the closet was stained and had no pillow sheet. The shower was not overly clean; there was grime and hair.

There were garbage bags left out side of rooms for long periods of time to be picked up. House cleaning staff cared more about watching social media instead of cleaning rooms.

Food was oily and greasy. Other guests were taking large plates of food to their rooms, sometimes clearing out 2/3 of the food.

Front desk staff were NOT friendly and barely available. Multiple times I had to call out for someone at the front desk because they were in the back. When asking for a late check out, I was given attitude by the person at the desk. One staff member noted they were living at the hotel because of issues at their own home.

For what we paid for and the lack of service, I will NOT stay there again.

Well kept suite, Well equipped: fridge,microwave, stove and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of parking spots.

Cons:

Suite was understocked, missing few things, which were provided by front desk upon request.

Great location very clean wonderful staff.
Pros:

Very clean convenient to my destination. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

Sink was stopped up in bathroom and the hot and cold water in the bathroom sink was reversed. Hot was cold and visa versa.

Cons:

They closed the pool due to all the athletes staying over the weekend but that’s why we booked this hotel. Very disappointing, I’ll stay someplace where we can swim next year.
