Es war sehr sauber, die Lage war sehr gut, zwischen drei U-Bahn-Stationen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Wasser in Flaschen ohne Aufpreis. Es gab einen Smart-TV, mit dem man seine Streamingdienste nutzen konnte. Das Zimmer war groß genug, um zwei große Koffer zu öffnen.
Es gab leider nur einen kleinen Spiegel im ganzen Zimmer. Wir haben zu zweit nur eine Schlüsselkarte bekommen.
The hotel was at the right spot with underground subway and shopping easily to access as it was right next to the hotel. The night market is only 2mins walk from the hotel. 7eleven, CS25 store and Starbucks was next to the hotel. The hotel was in the centre of everything. Very busy street at night as they do not shut untill 12am. As a visitor this is what we want easy access to everything.
Our hotel room air-conditioning was not working after we reported it to reception and they had to change the filter which makes a big difference once changed. The room was outdated and the wall sheets was coming off everywhere in the room. The smell of the toilet was so bad, we had to use our deodorant to get the smell away, the carpet and even the tiles in the bathroom was very disgusting. Early in the morning you can hear other guests using hairdryer, limited soundproofing.
I wonder how and why this hotel is calls Crown as for this name this is such a disappointment place to stay. I would highly recommend to do research before staying at this place.

It was a bit tucked in from the Main Street so taxi drivers had a hard time finding it
The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the heart of Myeongdong while still being comfortable and convenient. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were polite, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. If we visit Seoul again, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
During our stay, we realized that we had accidentally booked and paid for one extra night. While we did not expect a refund, we kindly requested breakfast as a goodwill gesture, both at the reception and through Booking.com. Unfortunately, we never received any response to our request. Although the hotel performs very well in terms of its facilities and overall service quality, it could be more responsive and solution-oriented when it comes to guest requests and customer satisfaction.
The location is great to discover Seoul. The building is nice as well.
My first room was too small and for the price and standard I was expected a bit more. Also, the lake of flexibility of the staff, they are super nice however they did not make effort when I told them to change my room. I had a small room with 2 beds, and the beds were really small. They accommodate another room after the weekend since I insisted and also because they had less guess at that time.
