Great location and rooms for a one night stay at the major shopping district area in Seoul.
Pros:

Fantastic location, near the major shopping streets. Good breakfast and decent rooms for the price I paid for a one night stay.

Très bel hôtel bien situé dans Séoul
Pros:

Très Bel hôtel très bien placé dans Séoul pour visiter tous les principaux quartiers de la ville
Proche du métro et du quartier très animé de Myeongdong tout en restant au calme
La chambre est un peu petite mais très bien
La douche et la salle de bain sont plutôt grandes
Le petit déjeuner est tres bien
La buanderie au top
Les chambres sont au calme

Good Location
Pros:

The hotel is nice, buffet breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a little smaller than expected, we walked into the room and when we turned to where the beds were, there was a very small gap to squeeze into the room along the bed. Means we had to leave our suitcases in the walkway of the door, which made things a lot smaller.
It would've been nice to have bedside table removed or merging the 2 separate beds into one, as we're a family with 2 small kids.
Overall, the location was good. Easy to get to the metro and only a short walk was the Main Street for shopping and the food markets.

Cons:

The small room and the beds were super hard. It made our backs very sore.

We knew what we had bargained for. Small rooms for great location at a decent price. Worked for us :)
Pros:

The location is absolutely great. You are in the heart of Myeongdong with so much that’s just walking distance. The location is why I would stay at this property again.

Cons:

The rooms are exceptionally small. I come from Mumbai and I know what small rooms look like. But this was really small.

Good location, but room size was small and uncomfortable
Pros:

The location was good as it was right across Myeongdong street. The subway station was walkable distance to the hotel and there are airport shuttle busses that could reach the hotel nearby.

Cons:

We booked a triple single room and it was really small hence we were unable to open our luggages inside the room which made it really difficult to pack. We requested for a bigger room but the staff at the reception were not really accomodating to change the room. The room size was not really ideal for a triple single room as what they promote on the website. Their breakfast did not have variety as serve the same meal every day except the fried rice and noodles. We felt that the price was not worth paying for the type of room that was promoted.

Good location but room was small
Pros:

The location was good as it was close to the subway station and opposite Myeongdong street which made it easier to shop when needed.

Cons:

We booked a triple single room and it was smaller than anticipated. The air-conditioning is centralised and controlled by the reception which was not ideal as the room temperature fluctuated all the time. This is resulted in our room temperature really warm at most times and it was not comfortable especially visiting during summer. The breakfast was not good as they did not have a variety of options whereby everyday it had the same dishes aside from the fried rice and noodles. We felt that the price was not worth paying for the type of room that was promoted.

高齢夫婦には思い出に残る最高の旅でした。
Pros:

兎に角ロッテホテルの裏側でロケーションが最高、明洞も道路を渡った所が入り口と言う便利さで言う事無しでした。ホテルの朝食は、種類量的に決して多くは無いですが、まあまあ満足できる内容でした。朝食込みでのホテル代はリーズナブルで、又行く際は予約を入れたいと思っております。スタッフの笑顔も素敵でした。

Cons:

エレベーターを降りて客室に行くのに少々迷路みたいな部屋の配置で、最初は迷いましたが、欠点と言うほどではありませんでした。１７階がフロントで宿泊階が３階で、逆のレイアウトの方が良いのでは？
