To be fair, the room was clean and the breakfast was fine. However, these positive aspects do not change my disappointment with the way the reservation issue and our arrival were handled.

I booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 child (a 7-month-old baby). I have screenshots showing that the original booking was made for 4 adults and 1 child, including the original price displayed before I completed the reservation.
During the booking process, the reservation details somehow changed, and the hotel received the reservation as only 2 adults and 1 child. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation several times, providing screenshots as evidence. Unfortunately, I felt that there was very little willingness to help or find a reasonable solution.
I was eventually asked to pay an additional €120 for the two extra adults. I agreed to pay it simply because I did not want this issue to create even more problems during my holiday. The €120 itself was not the main issue for me — what disappointed me was the lack of understanding, flexibility and willingness to resolve the situation, despite the evidence I provided.
The hotel told me that the problem came from Booking.com. However, as a guest, I expected the hotel to show more understanding and help resolve the situation instead of simply asking me to pay extra.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When we arrived, the baby cot was not prepared in the room for our first night, even though we were travelling with a 7-month-old baby. Having to deal with this after such a stressful booking experience was extremely disappointing.
Overall, this experience caused us unnecessary stress before and at the beginning of our holiday. For me, the biggest disappointment was not the extra €120, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of care and flexibility shown.

Produsele prăjite sunt înnecate în ulei. Mult mai slab că data trecută când am stat la acest hotel.
Recomand schimbarea bucătarului strica ratingul hotelului.
Très bon accueil. Le personnel est particulièrement attentif. La chambre etait très confortable au rez de chaussée avec balcon et juste à côté de la piscine. A un prix imbattable
