Pros:

L'accueil a été absolument excellent. Les réceptionnistes en charge de l'enregistrement se sont montrés très professionnels et accueillants, avec une mention spéciale pour Ahmed. J'ai même été touché par le petit cadeau de bienvenue. De manière générale, tout le personnel est gentil et très professionnel. La localisation est parfaite, le petit-déjeuner très bien, et nous avons été très bien traités par la responsable du service piscine et sauna.

Cons:

C'est du côté de la chambre que cela coince. Compte tenu du tarif élevé, le prix ne correspond pas à la qualité attendue. J'ai été déçu de trouver des défaillances matérielles qui ne devraient pas exister : la fermeture de la poubelle était cassée, et le porte-savon était également cassé et ne tenait pas en place (le savon tombait systématiquement). De plus, la moquette commence à être vieillissante. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rendez-vous : si ces petits défauts restent tolérables dans une catégorie inférieure, ils sont regrettables pour un établissement de ce standing.

Great property but you can’t change the dollar or the euro at the counter.
Pros:

Clean and by the side of the sea.

Cons:

The internet was bad. There was not cash change at the counter. The cash atm machine near the counter was not working. It was difficult.

el personal de recepción no tiene claro lo que tiene que hacer, ni como cobrar una reserva. Me habia dejado una maleta en un viaje anterior y no la localizaron y no me dieron ninguna explicación a pesar de que ellos me habian mandado la información sobre el olvido y afirmado que me guardaban la maleta para recogerla en un próxima estancia. El hotel, que conocí recién inaugurado y en el cual me he seguido alojando, está envejeciendo muy mal, se nota que no se están realizando los trabajos de mantenimiento necesarios, moquetas sucias, puerta corredera del cuarto de baño encajada y sin poder cerrar y multitud de otros detalles. Elegiré otro hotel para p`róximas estancias.
