This is the first time i have stayed in here with 3 nights in Mk Premier Boutique Hotel. It's truly a cozy hotel with good service and convenient location, speacialy Alex in the reception who was really helpful, always takes care us with a warm heart. Thank you MK. Thank Alex!

Pros:

Absolutely recommend MK Premier Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The hotel was clean, comfortables rooms, and easy for exploring Old Quater. The staff were friendly and professional. More than a place to sleep :)
Pros:

Great location.. The staff is so nice and so helpful. This place remind me that a hotel is more than a place to sleep but also a reference to be in the city, take advise, sort out the tooling that you might need (tape, an envelope for my postcards...)
The food on the breakfast is good and have a nice variety between the local dishes (great Pho) and more international options (good English breakfast)

We had such a wonderful stay in this hotel, from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Everyone was always ready to help with anything we needed, and their kindness truly made our trip even more memorable.
A special thank you to Ms Lison, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional the whole time. No matter how busy things were, she always assisted us with patience and a lovely attitude that made us feel comfortable and cared for
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the temple next door, which made the experience even more special. Housekeeping did a great job every day, the mattress super comfy. Breakfast was enjoyable with many options to choose from, but it might even more excellent if it had Indian food

Everything was exceptional
Pros:

Perfect location in the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore all the famous attractions. We reserved a room with a balcony and it was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very clean. Lovely welcome when we arrived with lemon juice and every member of staff was courteous. Mention to Joyce, who was especially kind, attentive, and made our experience even more memorable. I can says the hospitality of this hotel is 10/10

Me and my wife were very satisfied with our stay at MK Premiere Boutique Hotel from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Old quater nice experience in Hanoi
Pros:

Lovely stay in old quater, the room spacious and cleaning. We have really enjoyed exceptionally stay with supporting customer service Lison, she showing us a lot of souvenir night Market a lot of options for food since we're vegetarian. We will comeback next years
