Decent experience
Pros:

Overall, the stay was okay. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was very good. There was some renovation work on other floors, which caused disturbing noise in the morning. We were informed about the renovation during our check in, so we appreciated the transparency, but the noise was still a bit disturbing during the stay. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, close enough to the main tourist spots to walk there easily, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. It struck the perfect balance. The breakfast was great with a variety of foods available. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful. They handled my requests quickly, correctly, and smoothly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Innenstadthotel in sehr guter Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Dachterrasse.

Die Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße sind schöner und man sollte sie trotz des teilweise quirligen Geschehens draußen wählen. Ab 23:00 wird es ruhig. Die angebotenen Ohrenstöpsel hat man nicht gebraucht.

Ein gut ausgestattetes öffentliches Fitnessstudio ist im Untergeschoss und war bei der Buchung im Preis inkludiert.

Flughafenshuttle wurde sehr günstig angeboten und hat problemlos funktioniert.

צוות המלון עשה כמיטב יכולתו לעזור בכל דבר והיה שירותי ומקסים. מיקום מרכזי בעיר העתיקה. שהינו במלון פעמיים ובפעם השנייה שדרגו אותנו לחדר פרימיום שהיה מדהים. בחדר הרגיל יש סאונה לשימוש

Wiederholter Aufenthalt, gute Lage, wird nicht besser
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt am nördlichen Ende der Altstadt.
Gutes Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insbesondere Lison ist super und hat mir bei einigen Problemen sehr geholfen.

Cons:

Es gibt Zimmer die ein Schimmelproblem haben und stark riechen.
Insgesamt muss das Management auf den Zustand achten, langsam ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum scheint außer Betrieb, es ist definitiv zu heiß. Da hilft auch ein Ventilator in einer Ecke wenig.
