部屋の清掃が行き届いていない感じがする。交換してもらったはずのタオルが綺麗でないことがあった。
The hotel is located in a great location. Although something's, like the dead bolt didn't work, were broken, the staff had them fixed immediately. Very friendly.

Struttura centrale con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero e sistemazione delle stanze. Non era prevista colazione, ma in reception era possibile richiedere bustine di caffè solubile da utilizzare in camera, dove c'era un angolo con bollitore e tazze. La reception forniva anche una bottiglietta di acqua al giorno.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city between town hall and wynyard, was very easy to access, clean, comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I didn't know what to expect with such a Hotel name...and the entrance had me worried, but once up the elevator to the Mezzanine, everything was lovely.
The room was clean and tidy and everything I needed was there. Great bed too!

great location....very close to QVB and Town Hall station. Walking distance to anything in the city. Coles Local Market across the road - great for food and drinks.
Very clean. Provided soap, cshampoo etc.
Also, very pleased to see a GIDEONS Bible in the room.
Not a lot....some of the furniture was a big chipped.
