Location was good and thats it . It is more like hostel than hotel
Location on maps shows next lane on claredon street . So taxi dropped at different place. With ankle injury literary had to drag my self . No empathy from staff
I was informed it is upgraded but mattress were old cotton not standard mattress. More than them i am mad at booking.com how they agree to promote such place. Booking .com is not reliable
Great central location, close to the Pitt Street Mall, QVB, and Westfield. Very close to Town Hall, St James, and Wynyard Stations. Clean, convenient, friendly and helpful staff.
