O hotel fica em um bom local para meu trabalho e em geral é bom.

Cons:

Dei azar de ficar em um quarto no qual a cortina corta-luz não fechava direito, a pia estava com problema de escoamento e a válvula da caixa acoplada disparava. Não reportei na hora pois foi só um pernoite.

Estadia não vale o valor por nenhuma motivo.

Gostei da limpeza dos quartos e a vista

Cons:

Os cartões de acesso davam problema o tempo todo, café da manhã super escasso, pouca opção de tudo . Pegamos dois quartos e um foi mais de 100 reais de diferença e não tinha absolutamente nada de diferente que justifique o valor.
A vista é bonita, mas não é uma praia pra banho então não vale a pena nem pela localização.
Enfim, não volto mais.

Pros:

Bom café da manhã. Nível de ruído chama atenção, estávamos numa zona de entrada do Porto de Santos e o quarto possuía uma acústica excelente. Ducha estupenda. Serviço de estacionamento excepcional, com pronto atendimento a QQ hora. Funcionários atenciosos. Uma ótima experiência!!
