According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

O Hotel é básico, um bom preço, localizado perto do porto. Porém mesmo para o embarque de passageiros não é perto, não é próximo de praia. Porém é silencioso e tem um serviço de microônibus. Café da manhã dentro da expectativa.
De fato estava tudo aceitável. Poderia ter uma TV maior ? talvez. Umas toalhas mais novas? talvez. Atendimento cortes e eficiente.
Tudo maravilhoso! Com toda a certeza voltarei centenas de vezes. A vista do quarto é linda. Muito bem localizado, café da manhã EXCELENTE, tapiocas feitas na hora. Achei bom o valor da pizza, em comparação ao da região.

O quarto é grande, excelente. Limpos e confortáveis. O atendimento também é muito bom! O café de manhã também é muito bom! Fui a trabalho e a localização é excelente! Graças ao meu querido Booking, tivemos um upgrade de quarto, no qual ficamos em uma suíte luxo, no 14 andar. O único porém é que fica próximo ao bar e acabamos escutando bem o barulho.
Apenas o som alto do bar, mas é inevitável né, é uma atração deles. Talvez numa próxima eu abra mão de ficar num quarto melhor, mas em andares mais baixos.
A vista para o mar infelizmente não existe muito mais, porque tem prédios altos sendo construídos na frente do hotel. Mas nada que os desabone, não é culpa do hotel…
