According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Atendimento e acomodação
Os funcionários do período noturno demonstraram falta de preparo e qualificação para o atendimento. Foi contratada uma acomodação individual, porém, ao chegar, fui colocada em um quarto conjugado, diferente do que havia sido contratado.
Ao solicitar a correção da situação, os funcionários não conseguiram solucionar o problema. O gerente não atendeu às ligações e também não houve tentativa posterior de resolução. Em outra ocasião, uma funcionária me deixou aguardando aproximadamente 30 minutos ao telefone, sem qualquer justificativa. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, a atendente estava realizando outra atividade e me deixou na linha, sem demonstrar iniciativa para solucionar a situação.
Condições de higiene e acomodação
As áreas relacionadas ao ar-condicionado apresentavam sujeira. O quarto possuía forte cheiro de mofo e o banheiro apresentava mofo nos rejuntes, demonstrando condições inadequadas de limpeza e manutenção.

O café da manhã estava adequado, sem ressalvas.
De modo geral, a experiência foi insatisfatória, principalmente em razão da acomodação diferente da contratada, da falta de resolução por parte da equipe e das condições de limpeza e manutenção do quarto e do banheiro.
