Friendly staff, clean environment, and accessibility to the city center
Everything was perfect

The staff were exceptional in delivering their services. From the front desk, restaurant team, the chef, QC Mgr(Addis) and Salem( she offered me the special tea to take care of my flu.) That was great. And the breakfast was really good, simple and tasty.
The air-conditioning unit was not functioning at optimal. Though quick intervention to resolve issue was good
