Cuando llegamos , la recepcionista comentó que estaban en proceso de reapertura de tal forma que no disponian de telefono y televisión, fue muy amable al recibirnos y darnos la información necesaria para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más comoda posible dentro de sus posibilidades de servicio. No lo consideraría un hotel familiar, sin embargo estuvimos hospedados varias familias, me parece que tienen que reforzar un poco más el tema de seguridad, la alberca se encuentra en el sexto piso...y no hay personal del hotel que esté al tanto, con mucha facilidad se puede ocasionar un percance o accidente. Fuera de ello, me pareció justo el precio que pagamos, en todo tiempo fuimos atendidos con mucha prontitud y cordialidad. Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme.
