Pros:

The front desk clerks were super friendly. I liked the security of the card reader in the elevator

Cons:

The parking garage was alittle harder to find. The breakfast was ok. The sugar waffles were alittle hard , wouldve preferred having pancakes or something similar as an option instead.

Wonderful Staff! Great property.
Pros:

I was here for a short trip and wished I could have stayed longer. Niah and Parker at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so welcomed. Grant directions and recommendations from them.

The hotel is convenient to the conference center. I didn’t realize there was an indoor skywalk connected to the conference center and Niah gave me great directions. Parker gave me wonderful restaurant recommendations with information on the area. Great people make the difference for hotel stays and I appreciate both of them for their hospitality.

The included breakfast was top notch. April who helped at breakfast was so.nice.

The rooms are spacious and I was glad to have a microwave as well as a refrigerator. I was able to work comfortably in my room with a spacious desk.

I love that they serve fresh popcorn in the lobby late in the day. They also have a supply of paper plates and plastic utensils for those who order food delivery.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Parker who works up front was so friendly and helpf

We liked how convenient it was to everything we did while we stayed there and how amazing all the staff were.

Amazing Service!!
Pros:

Great atmosphere. Very clean rooms. But I definitely want to shout out to two people in general, one of them Sachii who was incredibly helpful with the valet parking! And Leslie at the front desk who is able to help me out with a few other things

just a bad experience checking in and being charged extra
Pros:

very nice breakfast. room was nice. great location

Cons:

nice place but we checked in at 1:50 pm and they told us our room was ready but they charged us 15$ because we were considered as an early check in......I thought that is terrible..... not good customer service

A great stay in Milwaukee

The gentlemen at the front desk were top notch, as were the valet fellows. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was very good size. Very clean and updated.

Cons:

I reserved a room for two queen beds, but when I checked in they put us in a king bed. Had to asked to be moved which was a little inconvenient since it was late already.
